Disappointed at the fact that I looked at my hone video the technician walked around the backyard as if he had nothing to do. Not to mention he didn’t treat inside the closed in patio as he did on the last visit. Never seen him on my front camera so did he treat the whole outside. With that being said I canceled the future services rather than waste $90

We called after accidently disturbing a nest of wasps. Bel-O was out the next day. The technician, Chuck, was professional, attentive, and thorough. He took the time to be sure they wasps weren't building anywhere else around the house, did a preventative around the house, and dusted the nest. We are well pleased with Bel-o and have used the service a few times now. We finally decided it was worth purchasing their annual coverage program.

I tried for 2 years using gallons of stuff from the stores to get rid of an infestation that moved in from the abandon house next door,. The Belo people use some very powerful stuff and wiped them almost all out in the first day. Absolutely unbelievable the effect just overnight. They come once a quarter and spray and told me if they ever come back outside of those visits they would come for free. I've used them for a year and a half now and only twice have i ever called them back ( it was a really big infestation and the neighboring house is still an issue) and they were here by the next day, quick and nice and really looking in all the hiding spots, not just cursory spray and pray( and no charge for the return call). Also one of the least expensive options I've looked into.

I’ve used bel-o for a couple years now. At first it was just a couple of appointments then I switched to their quarterly program. At one point I had hundreds of wasps on my house, now I rarely see any and they are typically just passing through. These folks are super professional and will stand by their work. Dan came out, put on shoe protectors, and inspected our property for squirrels in the attic. Turns out it was flying squirrels! Set out traps and captured six of the pests. Came back to make sure our problem was taken care of. I thought it was excellent service, he explained everything clearly and so I understood what was being provided. Couldn’t ask for a nicer man and experience. Highly recommended!

They sprayed our whole house and deck, were on time and had good pricing for the service. We also had them over before this service to get a second opinion on termites since another company told us we had them and said we needed treatment. Not only was Bel-O Solutions honest, letting us know we in fact did NOT have termites and saved us money. They also explained why we didn't have termites, explaining the difference between termite infested wood and rotted wood, giving us lots of information the other company did not give. Services for the bees was good. Issue resolved. Service for the capturing and removal of skunks (3) was great; however, the wildlife repair services - in my opinion was over priced. I have yet to receive a detailed invoice (requested twice - once from the young lady who answered the phone and once from the service manager. The area serviced was the small concrete pad under which skunks took up residence. Each side of the pad measures 12 feet. When I asked the young lady why the service was so expensive $950, she said it was labor and materials. The material was the dig defense barrier used for animals. I saw one box brought for the job and three men to complete the job. The job did not require three men, especially when one of them stood as an onlooker. The fix was great; the price and lack of response for a detailed invoice are my complaint. I own my part in this issue.

Today I had my home and detached garage sprayed inside and out for the first time in about 8 years. I don’t have terrible bugs but started noticing small spiders and bugs more often. Bel-o’s office was super helpful with their treatment plan info and even more helpful accommodating my busy work schedule. Kenton was the tech and every for issue I had or showed him he had a fix for it and lots of preventative tips for the future. I have pets and a large koi pond in my basement. He was so cautious and caring about my pets which made me fee really good about what was going into my home. The quality of service started when John promptly answered the phone on a Saturday. He set me up for Tuesday appointments with Dan and Doug who were both equally as professional. Dan inspected my chimney cap and assured me I could not have had any wildlife get into it because of its design. Over the weekend I heard a bird that sounded like a crow had gotten it but that was not the case. Doug inspected for termites, as this house had a past history, and I wanted to proactively keep them out of the home. This is my first time doing business with Be-lo but not my last. They are my go-to for pest control from here on. They are excellent!

There was a bug that I thought could be termites and was concerned about, the technician that came out informed me that he would send a picture to their termite guy and recommended I have a free termite inspection. Termite guy (Doug) came out and confirmed my suspicion and conducted thorough termite inspection, showing me everything and educating me and my wife on termite 101...showed me how they were accessing our home, how they travel and recommended a treatment plan, answering all questions no matter how big or small...they came out and treated our home.
