So much to choose from in this huge bright store. Well organized aisles and very clean The staff are very helpful, if you do not see what you want they will do their darndest to get it in for you. Lots of parking too.

I am extremely impressed with the customer service at this location, when I first walked in, on a Monday morning mind you, I was greeted by Dylan. When I asked him for help he immediately stopped what he was doing and helped me find what I needed for a wedding registry. He was so kind and respectful. He asked me a couple times throughout the store if I had needed assistance. Then when I finally made my way to the cash the ladies were amazing even though their debit machine was down and it was a Monday morning they were so chipper and so nice. The employees at this store definitely need a shout-out because they are exactly what customer service should be.

Excellent products and services but record keeping especially inventory is sometimes off tried to buy two different things that salesman told where in stock and weren't when it came time to pay they sent me to another another store in Ottawa which supposedly had 6 of the item and would hold 1 for me.When I got there they didn't have it.

Don't hate this place just there again..ordered a wedding gift was sorry they could not send and hold so it's coming to us but the shower gift is still not available so we are waiting for it to become available so we can send it to the bride. It has a lot of inventory but it is more expensive than JYSK but I love it.

I had heard that Bed, Bath &Beyond did an outstanding job with their bridal registry and they weren't lying! I asked where the bridal registry was, I was escorted there and then assisted through the entire process. There were things in stock, things that needed to be ordered and things to be sent. It was all handled, gift-wrapped, sent, documented in the registry, and all reflected on one receipt that I took to the register. So, SO easy.

Tried to place an order online without success then went in to the store to try to order the items that way. Staff could not figure out how to do that as it said they werent available, although they are shipped from the vendor. But they were still available on my phone. Was told to call customer service & was pretty much told that I didn't have enough money. Went home & ordered the same items via Amazon with the same method of payment, less expensive & without a hassle.

Absolutely the last time I will shop at Bed Bath and Beyond.......... Does anyone else think that a $240 Shark vacuum should last more than 2 1/2 months? Because I do. Apparently BB&B does not agree. First tried to tell us the warranty was only for 30 days. Then conceded to 60 days. But we are 2 weeks past that, so too bad. So I guess that spending $240 for 2.5 months of use is what we should expect from them these days. And, don't bother contacting them on-line, as that is for on-line purchases it seems. Call the store, and speak to their snarky manager if you have a problem (but you will be sol too).

Very poor service as they would not replace their defective product that had a 10 year warranty. Myself and my family of 15 choose not to purchase anything from Bed Bath Beyond again. Good luck when Costco comes. You should be trying to keep your customers! Once you lose them you don't get them back!

I love shopping here they always have the coolest stuff . Great selections and a wide variety of merchandise to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful. I like buying gifts here. They have a bridal registry which is great. You actually can buy something the bride wants and needs.

Store clean, workers super nice, but they dont have a baby section at this store ans they really should. Also couldnt help but notice the blankets they are asking a fortune for them but the quality seems lacking i seen a paw patrol blanket and instead of being a tan puppy it was orange made the dog look sickly... they have tons of great stuff but watch it.
