My front steps and door were covered with what I thought were termites. I called this company and explained it to him( sorry didn't even get the name) what happened. He asked me where we lived and told me it won't be termites asked me to send him a picture. He texted me back that it's a carpenter ant and if if we didn't see any inside of the house and don't see any more alive after we sprayed them we should be ok. He took his time to help us without any compensation.

Bird issue in kitchen vent. Located in Pickering and they removed the birds humanely and screened it off nicely. This exterminator also sprayed the vent for me too. Highly recommend.
