They took the time to look around the house with us, both inside and out. Highly recommended company and reasonably priced. Abdullah and Adil were both friendly and punctual. Premiere and Orkin never got back to us so we're super glad we went with Safetech instead.

I absolutely enjoyed the service I received. I sent off an email after-hours and within minutes I received a call. The service tech came out on a Sunday morning and treated the wasp infestation I had in my attic. Within hours I noticed no more activity from the eaves of my house. My house is once again safe for my young family and the cost I felt was inexpensive. I'll definitely be using their services again in the future if the need ever arises.

Hired these guys in December to take care of a bed bug infestation. They were quick to get started. Got booked in within a day. It was during the coldest week in December. I have 2 cats and unfortunately I was only able to catch 1 of them to put in the garage before i had to run off to work. I asked the worker to try and catch the other and put her in the garage to. There was some miscommunication and i was told she was safely out in the garage but was actually stuck behind the fridge during the treatment. That was fine once i found her she was ok a bit scared and dehydrated but alive. Besides the miscommunication the house was a mess when i came home. Couch's still flipped over and beds torn apart. I'm sure that's standard procedure though. The end result was not complete unfortunately. I thought they had gotten all those pests. Found a bunch of dead ones a few days later. But they are resilient. I checked the beds every few weeks up to 3 months later. Wasn't seeing any sign of them but then April came. I started to get bites again. Brushed the bites aside thinking other bugs from outside due to a early spring because the bites were just single bites. Then i found 1 on my neck as i was going to bed. I then checked again and sure enough I found 3 in total and whole bunch of eggs. Safetech only has a 30 day warranty which is like most exterminators which is a joke when eggs can stay dormant for years. So in order to get it done again it's full price. I'm going with a diy company out of Calgary now which rents you a heat machine for a week and covers you for a year if it didn't work and its only $500

Had a Wasp inside the house and called a very big company to find the wasp's nest but the technician spent only 5 minutes and put the dust here and there and sprayed in the basement to kill the live bees and collected the money and left. the problem was still there as the technician was unable to find a nest. So I called Safetech Pest Control and they came after hours to accomodate us and to our surprise they found the wasp nest in the foundation on the right side of the main door.Fantastic job. The technician treated the concealed nest with powder and next day , there were no bees sightings. Wonderful Service. Highly Recommend safetech

I emailed to request service @ 12:29 PM on a Saturday. They called me 25 minutes later to let me know that they would be over within the hour to take care of the wasps under my garden shed. They came, treated the area & were gone @ 1:35 PM - all in the same day - just over an hour from initial contact with them until my problem was taken care of!! The next morning all wasps were gone. Exceptional service @ a very reasonable price with outstanding results!! Will definitely be my go to in the future & I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service! Very impressive!!

THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH BY FAR!!!!!!! they booked a treatment then were late, and only did half my house!! Then on top of that they left my house n doors WIDE open. Coincidentally my new TV goes missing!!!!! Ya right this place is a scamming joke!!!!!

I would recommend this service. Every fall for several years we have had mice take up residence in our home. We seemed to be fighting a loosing battle. SAFETECH PEST CONTROL sealed up all the entry points. They looked in places we did not even consider. Then they left bait that was harmful for the mice but secure so our dogs would not get sick. Finally our problem has been solved.

Last year, I had a wasp nest under my front step. Of course I tried spraying some foam in under the step, but they just kept digging out a new entrance. After a week of messing with it, I called Safe Tech. They put some of their powder treatment around the entrances and the next day, I only saw a couple of wasps, the second day, they were gone. This year, a new nest broke out under a broken section of my driveway slab. Since they did a good job on the step, I just sent an e-mail advising that I would be home all day today if they could come out and treat this nest. They replied with a confirmation time and arrived on time today. I'm completely confident in their work and that this nest will be eliminated. If a new one shows up in a new place next year, I won't hesitate to contact them again.
