Protec Thermal of Glenn was a really great service. He's a one man job. A very nice guy and very hard-working. I commend him for doing a great job in killing all the bed bugs that we have in our home. The heat treatment machine and devices he had really did the work and the chemicals he placed really did the job well. I am really impressed on how detailed he gets when rearranged our stuff in the home just to get the hot air to circulate in every small spots in the home. I am very impressed. I thought that had a bed bug one time but he took his way out to check me out if it's really a bed bug or not, turns out it's nothing probably just a mosquito bite and no signs of bed bugs are detected and briefly explained to me about bed bug bites. Used ProTec Thermal for a pest problem. Glenn was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. He showed up at the time given in the quote and was done by the time I arrived home. He followed up to make sure the pest problem was taken care of. Your house will be hot for several hours after the treatment, but it gets rid of the little buggers. I would recommend giving Glenn a call for your pest problem.

No one wants bed bugs.. Like no one... Not sure how they arrived .. Don't try and fight them on your own... Hire Glenn... He came over... Explained to us what he would do.... And what we had to do.... One day treatment and so far (3 weeks ) no activity..... Gives a warranty and told us he would stick with us till the endl! !!! True professional and he answered like 500 questions from my wife.... Would hire him again (which I never hope I have to)....
