I called prairie pest control because I had a wasp nest I needed removed and they came quickly and dealt with the nest. They were very professional and courteous it was well worth it to have them come and remove it. I would recommend this company for pest control and I will definitely be calling them if I have any future pest issues. I tried to attach a picture but couldn't ???? it was a very big wasp nest

Absolutely do not use anyone else, and if possible, ask for the technician Malik! I can not say enough good words about the prompt response, the thoroughness of his hard work, and his pleasant manners.....even when dealing with a very surly tenant. Malik also took a lot of time to carefully explain the importance of followup procedures and his thoughtfulness will go a long way to prevent any possible future infestations. Malik of Prairie Pest Control helped us in our rented property and I have no hesitation giving him a full five stars! I was super impressed with the knowledge and customer service Prairie Pest Control provided us. PPC was able to identify right away what the problem was and it's origin. Malik did a wonderful job and really went the extra mile. He spent time with me explaining the situation. He did one room and he even checked the rest of the rooms downstairs as well as the living room and couches. He also gave me a break on the cost for the second room. He also said he would do the rest of the house if we needed and he would give us a break on that. He was a very nice man and it was a pleasure to have him come into our home and I would recommend him to anyone and Prairie Pest Control is fortunate to have such a great worker!!

Go to anyone else. 1. Both treatments the guy showed up 30 min to 1 hour after the scheduled time. The first time he blamed it on his "employee". The same guy I called to see where they were was the same guy that showed up. As far as I can tell it's a one man operation. 2. We had an inkling that we had bat bugs and not bed bugs. He guaranteed they were bed bugs. Turns out you can't tell by just looking at them, so we put a bug under the microscope, and we did indeed have bat bugs. 3. The treatment he gave us was for bed bugs, so we still have bat bugs. Now he won't answer my phone calls or respond to my e-mails. We're out $400 and we still have bat bugs, until the landlord deals with the bats in the ceiling. Below is a picture of a bat bug, for your reference. According to a friend that is an entomologist(bug scientist) the long hairs are a clear indicator of bat bugs.

Prairie pest control were quick to provide a service, prompt and professional. There were 2 issues that I needed resolved, one with mice where I did not want to use baits due to having a dog. They provided me advice on how to get rid of them myself. This was BEFORE I actually booked a service. Due to their honesty, I decided to try them out for a general pest service indoors and out. They came on time, where professional and very helpful. 3 weeks after I had this done I thought I had an ants nest indoors. Immediately they looked at the issue, advised they were not ants but drain flies, and rather than rip me off with a specialised treatment, advised how I could take care of it myself. I won't use anyone else in the future, and would recommend prairie Pest Control to anyone requiring a pest service.
