I believe that Google reviews are an asset to both the customer and the business. The customer benefits from others sharing their experiences with a particular company. This reflects the company’s performance, integrity and accountability to workmanship. The company gains recognition through word of mouth by past customers sharing their personal experiences with said companies. Hence, Google reviews are beneficial to both parties. Google review campaigns, like the one you are hosting now, well, they don’t do justice to the system. When reading the reviews of your competitors it is clearly evident that through hard work, diligence and time they collectively built their reputations respectively. Your company went from 6 reviews to 25 within an 8-week span. It is clearly evident that the value associated to Google reviews has become apparent to your company. When companies see Google reviews as a marketing platform and use it as a tool to out maneuver the competition they lose sight of the most important thing, the customer. The customer is the bottom line not the almighty dollar, treat a customer with honesty, be accountable and work with integrity and any company will be prosperous. Google campaigns will only bastardize a valuable tool, both for the customer and for the businesses that use them.

Regina, SK office diagnosed a powder post beetle problem I am still having. Told me it would take 2 weeks to get some kind of chemical. 3 weeks later I call looking for an update and nobody even bothered to return my call. I left a message last week and also spoke to their office today and still no one called me back. I just want an update! Can you help me with this or do I need to call someone else?
