Dale at Aclan helped us with a rental property and I have no hesitation giving him a full five stars! I was very impressed with the knowledge and customer service provided! Dale was able to identify right away what the problem was and it's source. He stood by his word and completely eradicated the pests from our house! He was on time and was full of lots of tips and tricks for those in the renting business! Great job Dale!

Not Professional. Called Dale to remove bats I have waited patiently to get this issue RESOLVED .He installed a one way check door and the bats are still in the attic. I tried calling him to come back he will not return calls. It has been over 5 weeks plus still have bats.

Dale at Aclan Pest Control is awesome! He is friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He kept in contact with us and always made sure we knew what was going on. He answered all of our questions and gave us great tips on how to prevent and deal with possible future issues. Most importantly though, he took care of our bed bug issue quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended!!
