A couple of years ago, we had a very bad leak in our basement that wiped out the floor completely along with four of the walls, a visible leak in three places within a concrete foundation. It was a big deal. I interviewed two companies and upon meeting Jeff Disher and his crew, it was an easy decision to bring them in. I had no idea what was involved and to what extend the scope of the job involved until I saw over the next three weeks people coming from all over lifting things taking things away cleaning things up pumping here drying there and then remodelling the entire basement much nicer than we ever could’ve expected. The wetness and the mould were gone as if it never appeared. It was magic actually. They worked entirely with our insurance company and even though there would be from 2 to 8 people in our basement at any one time, they were always so polite and never intrusive. As a result of this professional company completing their job on time and in such a professional manner, we have since used them on two other occasions. I had them once come in and redesign our office and gas fireplaces and then again, at my place of business to reconstruct a new room from scratch. These people aft Puro Clean are the real deal. My standards are high and they met them all.

I gave Puroclean Barrie a 5-tar rating because of the prompt and very professional service I received. I, among many others, had water enter my basement during the recent thaw and heavy rains that occurred in late February, just past. I was out of the country when my son informed we had water in the basement. Not knowing the true extent of the damage or whether I would be covered by insurance, I needed a professional inspection and estimate, ASAP. I called other professional home restoration companies. Due to the high demand, the other companies had no time for me unless it was an insurance claim. I called Puroclean and they scheduled an appointment immediately for the next day, a Jeff Disher. Mr. Disher arrived on time and did his inspection. Mr. Disher kept me informed by phone and promised that a full detailed report and estimate would be emailed to me in the evening. He was true to his word. The report was detailed and very itemized, with photos and professional diagrams. In the end, I did not use Puroclean to do the restoration work because a close friend, who is a contractor, stepped in to look after the clean up. If my friend had not stepped up to the plate for me, I would have not have hesitated to have had Jeff Disher and his team do the job.

5 out of 5 stars translates into a 6 out of 5 rating. Why? PuroClean Barrie begins with Jeff who is delightful, then there are David and Rafelle who performed the deconstruction within the mold remediation, and then Al who mastered the bathroom renovation. When you think the circle is complete, then there is the recommendation by Jeff of Allan who repaired the furnace with expertise. I rate all 5 people with an excellent score! All involved were highly professional, very clean within their work, communicative (they explained the process clearly and answered my many questions), respectful, punctual, donned full PPE, constructed protective barriers beyond protocol, used high quality products, offered further recommendations, and presented with humour within an otherwise stressful situation. Unbelievably quick response within 1 hour of my calling Mitch and his crew showed up with the right amount of dehumidifiers to dry out my finished basement.Mitch’s quick response even saved precious photos, after a dehumidifier hose broke on my water heater and sprayed for more than 48 hours soaking walls and carpet. I am a middle aged woman living alone and have never had to deal with an insurance claim before and Mitch taking my calls so quickly and professionally when I had a question was so reassuring! I am still having to deal with content insurance but, my basement is better than new thanks to the hard work of Chris! Taking a huge load off my shoulders!!!!

A big thank you to Jeff Disher. He was able to work around my schedule and facilitate the removal of the entire contents of my mother's home and the cleaning crew of 5 people handled the job all in one day. Excellent staff, such hard workers and so kind and courteous. I was on a timeline and had to travel back and forth to Wasaga from Toronto to handle her estate. I needed a licensed natural gas technician, an electrician and a plumber too to work on the home and I asked Jeff for any references he could provide. He actually reached out to them first to make sure they were able to come to the house within a 24hr time frame and to let them know I would be calling them. Wow, above and beyond helping me during this very difficult time. Everything fell into place perfectly and right on schedule thanks to Jeff and his team.
