UPDATE (2021 season) : We don't know if it's the weather or the application being rather quick compared to passed years, but we have a lot of mosquitoes this year regardless of the treatment being done. We will look for alternates, include doing our own spraying ... ----- We've been with MosquitoMan for a few years now, as several of the neighbours. Makes for a huge difference. Those nasty mosquitoes do return in high numbers near the end of each of the four treatments done during the season. Maybe there should be 5 or 6 treatments?

Mosquito man did everything they promised and more. On the phone, the owner told us no mosquitoes tics or spiders anywhere in my yard or house. I had some doubts but I thought I'd give it a try. Hours after the first spray was applied there wasn't a single mosquito or tic in the yard. It even fixed an ant problem that we had in our house. The first house spray had gotten rid of them for the entire summer. Great decision would definitely recommend.

They definitely help with the mosquitos and are nice people, however spray does not last 3 weeks and most recently they sprayed 2 days before a big party and everyone at the party was begging for bug spray to get some relief from the mosquitos. We've had to call them on more than one occasion to ask them to return and spray as mosquitos are still bad, which they always been great about doing. 5 stars for customer service, 3 stars for product effectiveness.

Matthew from Mosquito Man sprayed our house today and was very professional from the moment he arrived to right before he left. He notified me of his arrival on our property and again when the spray was complete. He asked if I had any specific areas of concern and even helped me move some chairs in my backyard so the spray would be done in a specific area. The summer of 2021 was the first time I called for mosquito and spider control in my yard. I saw near immediate results. I live fairly close to the water and therefore the mosquitoes were absolutely unbearable. With the mosquitoes came all sorts of spiders. We had a Canada day party and informed the owner of mosquito man, he made sure that the day before the party my house had been sprayed. Mosquito man was the best investment I have ever made. All year last year I had a huge spider problem in my house. I tried everything from pest spray to spider traps but nothing worked. One of my co-workers had mentioned that a company called mosquito man would be able to get rid of the so I gave them a shot. Within hours after they first sprayed the spiders were completely non existent. The spray for the exterior of the house even lasted through the rain. I simply couldn't believe how effective this was.

Abell Pest Control told me they couldn't service us until July, made a second call to Mosquito Man and they came within 48 hours. Mosquitoes are here in May unfortunately I prefer to enjoy my yard in the present vs the future. Big Hassle! Fees: charging different people different prices. charged me 100$ more than a friend of mine. and claimed they were giving me a senior's price. An incorrect invoice was sent 4X for 3 sprays instead of 5. In response to my request for a quote: frequent multiple calls. felt like high-pressure sales. Description of property: Initially a detailed time-consuming description was given to the salesman at the time of purchase, because the property line is not clear, no fencing. The first kid that arrived, at least came to the door and talked to me. The notes stated that he should talk to me. It wasn't clear to him what needed to be sprayed. Did a walk-through with him. No problem. Consistency: doesn't exist. The second kid did not come to the door and sprayed property that did not belong to me. and did not spray my property thoroughly. notes were still not clear of what to spray. The operations manager said ' I can see how someone would be confused. there's a lot of notes'. He offered to have someone come out, walkthrough, and be on the phone at the same time to finally get it straight. This would be for the Third spray--which was ok with me. Customer service: from the start, my request was not to spray unless the customer is home. 2nd spray: didn't hear anyone at door, the dog did not bark---she barks at every little thing. the driver sat in vehicle on the roadside, drove away before I could get out the door to flag him down. texted right away....is there a problem? the driver just drove off. no response for over an hr. finally after phone calls, it was rescheduled for the next day. However, a conversation with management resulted in a refund. Management talked over me on the phone repeatedly. Wanted to know the 'real ' problem, after receiving my email requesting a phone call before they drove off and that the kid speak to the customer before spraying. 2nd spray was ineffective, mosquito bites! Because they gave me a refund, they are unwilling to respray. they texted " we already refunded the remaining of your sprays and no sprays left on your account. My response " correct. You guarantee a respray if the spray is ineffective. You sprayed on Tuesday, mosquitos on Wednesday". No response from them. Still getting bitten on Friday. They do not have an adult employee/ salesperson come out to the property and assess. Would never ever deal with them again. Management did state kid should be making contact with the customer at each spray. In addition, 2 employees called me after this review was posted, in an attempt to have it removed, by offering a respray.

I can't say enough as to how much this changed my backyard. In our yard we have an enormous pond with several fish but this would always attract mosquito's. Due to the pond our family wouldn't be able to spend as much time in the backyard as we would like to. I told the owner of mosquito man our problem and he told me about an all natural larvicide treatment that he would be able to do. I thought i would try it as he was promising eye opening results.
