On February 02 and 03, 2016 I have had a crew with All Wild Removal from Barrie Ontario provide their services at my home. Liam and Holland came over to my house for an initial inspection and provided me with an estimate of what it would take to make my house animal proof. They were very courteous, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Once I have agreed with their proposal they started the work the following day and finished the whole project within two days. Following their initial inspection it turned out I've had rats, mice and bats in my attic; they actually took a video in my attic and showed me the proof of the rodents presence. The two gents above have done a very good job and I have nothing but praise for the quality of their work. I highly recommend this company services. Chris in Barrie

Holland, our Wildlife Technician was great to work with. He helped us price out the best option and worked with our neighbour as well to ensure that any future raccoons couldn't get between our houses. Costs were split too. He came back to confirm that a raccoon we were hearing wasn't in the soffits but on the roof. Like that this is a humane option and work is warrantied. Holland was able to reassure us the raccoon could live between the time from the quote to our appointment the following week because they can live up to 3 weeks without food. Only complaint is the communication delay between the office and our Wildlife Technician for quotes, scheduling appointments (double booked someone else but Technician accommodated us) and knowledge of office staff about our quote/problem. It would be nice to communicate directly with the technician after the quote for any questions related to the service specifically.

Had some birds starting to nest in a vent. Holland came out same day, inspected things in the pouring rain, cleaned it out, and that was that. I couldn't be happier with the service he provided! Very knowledgeable, and great at what he does. I would recommend him to anyone!

We had a racoon problem. They were there the next day and gave us the estimate. A few days later they came and installed the one way gate. The racoons tried to get back in but couldn't. Very happy with their polite and professional service, kudos to Holland who did the work on a miserable rainy day. Thank you.

We hired All Wildlife Removal to humanely remove the mice from our home. The most important thing for us was that they were humanely removed. From the first phone conversation with Jason, I knew we were in good hands. Dave and his excellent team came to our home, showed me all the shocking points of entry for the mice (we had more mice then we realized), and took care of everything. Totally awesome service! I had just given birth to my daughter and we had a mouse problem that wasn’t going away and getting worse. We needed a long term solution. Holland was awesome from day one with his inspection and quote. Very detailed and explained everything to us. We knew up front it would take time for the mice to be completely gone but it was well worth the process. He sealed up areas that we would never have thought of and wired areas that they were getting in from. Every week we saw the tracks from them coming out the one way doors. It was amazing that they knew exactly where they were getting in from! Mice are crafty little critters and even when after a month or two I noticed that a mouse was still getting in, Holland was on it and was back again trying to figure it out. Of all things it was our sump pump which is really rare but after that was sealed up we’ve been mouse free! Holland always got back to me, and kept me updated and informed. Also awesome to know that we have a 5 year guarantee. 100% recommend all wildlife removal. And I’m having them come and do my grandparents house in Toronto after the new year. It’s the only way to go for any type of wildlife issue in your home!

Where do I even start? I paid for an animal removal service, but instead got a company unwilling to remove an animal stuck in my chimney. I could hear the creature chewing its way into my house. Did the company care when I gave them a follow-up call? Not at all. They wanted MORE money to come remove the animal, as they considered this an "emergency fee". I had already paid them for a service which they weren't providing, and they wanted more to come do the job which I hired them for? Disgraceful! I work from home, and my office is 5-10 feet away from where the animal was trapped. It was causing a great disturbance with all its scratching, clawing, chewing and other noises. I called who I thought were the Professionals, but instead received subpar service overall. This was an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience for me, and I wouldn't recommend this company. Reply to Owner - I don't believe you understand the frustration, as you would have made a better effort to help. The chimney was not closed off from the inside. That's incorrect. My money was 100% wasted, as I needed to handle the problem myself.
