As an air miles collector i have to Express my disappointment and what a better way then shopping at a nearby lumber store.

They were supposed to delivery trusses and lift them onto the roof, instead they put them on ground, and when leaving damaged my neighbours 911 sign and did nothing to repair it.

Online it says they are open till 5:30, but they are only open till 5. Showed up just before 5 and they were already closed and no one side
