I had emailed another company close to home which had great reviews but their customer service was horrible and price wise they were more expensive. I emailed Miller Pest Control and got a response quickly and all my questions were answered. Meloney was fantastic and set something up immediately for us and the technician that came was very friendly and professional. Would recommend them to anyone wanting superb customer service and great quality work. Thank you!!!

Amazing company to deal with! We had a tick problem at our trailer and needed help quick. They were so amazing on the phone, so friendly, arranged with the park and they came the next day. Did an amazing job, and even went above and beyond by letting us know about some poison ivy. AND they did this all and invoiced us 2 weks later!!! Thanks so much everyone at Miller Pest Control!

I just hung up from a phone call with this company and the lady that answered the phone was rather rude in the fact that she started off by telling me it was my responsibility to call them to have it done in the fall I had tried to explain to her that my recent experiences with other companies they had always contacted us in advance to see if we wanted another spray this lady continue to argue with me that it was my fault and they don't do that so I asked her about getting the spray done and she proceeded to tell me well it's too late so do you want us to do it and I said you're the professional you tell me should I have it done again she replied with that's up to you so unprofessional I am a customer needing advice and she was in the mood for offering done and when I said I will try another company she hung up on me what a disgusting company I would never use these guys!

We have been using Miller Pest Control for a number of years to control mice, cluster flies and carpenter ants at our cottage. Of these three nuisances I admit have mice in my cottage was ruining my cottage experience. My husband accepted it as part of cottage life - me not so much! Every morning I'd wake up & tell my husband to remove the carnage in the traps and I'd go wiping up the mouse poo I'd find on my kitchen counter. Every. Since. Day. I hated it and I was obsessed. One fall a technician came to treat for cluster flies and I told him about our mouse problem. He said "I can get rid of your mice" and it was like a hallelujah moment - seriously. After explaining the program to me I was ready to sign on the dotted line - DH not so much because of the expense but I wasn't taking no for an answer. The mice are not 100% gone but pretty close - I think we had one last year. Big difference from 3-4 a night to 1 or 2 a season. 2 years ago (?) was a big year for mice and our exterior bait stations were emptied VERY quickly so they needed to be replenished an extra 2 times that season. One refill was complimentary and the next one we paid for. This has been a great investment for us. Our cottage is log and we had some carpenter ant damage one year so treatment followed by annual maintenance is a no-brainer and cluster flies are just gross and the Miller treatment has knocked those back as well. Miller's customer service is very good - Melanie is kind, knowledgable and efficient and the technicians who we've dealt with have been well mannered and ready to answer any questions we may have (and trust me - I've had A LOT!) I would definitely recommend Miller Pest Control to anyone. Thank you to Mike, Melanie and team for a job well done - you have transformed my cottage life from frustrating to fantastic!

We have had a mouse problem for years. We live in the country. After many 'do it yourself' processes and products to elimate the mice. All to no avail we contacted Miller Pest control recommended by family. For us the cost is a bit much, however its better than having wires chewed by mice and a fire started due to mice. The bait stations worked. We had a successful first winter in 17 years....the house was quite...only 1 dead mouse found inside this past winter. The customer service at Miller Pest Control is effecient and professional. We have found the staff to be super friendly, positive and always willing to specifically explain how the program works. Included in the price the customer receives a report from post baiting. We find this to be helpful as it indicates how well the bait stations are working. The invoice for service can be mailed or emailed and payment can be made via e-transfer or credit card. We have cats and due to the process and substance used for bait, we do not have to worry about cats. If the cats were to get Into the bait traps it would not harm them. We will definitely continue to use Miller Pest Control and recommend others to try this company for their pesky critter issues!
