I swear by home hardware in Bancroft. The staff are friendly knowledgeable and very welcoming. All of the staff are great but particularly, I like hunting down Dave Craftchick because he is very knowledgeable and if they don't have what it is I am looking for, he almost always finds a way to improvise and in some cases he has ordered a specific item and it was on time and the exact item I was looking for.

The inventory can be just okay sometimes, but keep in mind it's not in the city. Can't express how great the staff is at this Home Hardware.

There are some helpful people at this location. However, I don't know what it is about Home Hardware in general, but I don't appreciate being stalked around the store by employees as if I'm a thief. This has happened at several locations, they see me enter an asile, and they peer at you around the corner as if you can't see them. Makes you not want to go back to Home Hardware...
