When I purchased my home, the previous owners had a one year service plan with this company. They came out a few times to lay traps and spray for bugs. I was relatively happy with the service, although on the last visit I noticed that the tech who came missed a mouse that was dead in one of the traps they set in the garage.
The reason for the poor review is because of the poor customer service I experienced when dealing with the dispatch / office staff. I called to set up an appointment to have them out since I thought I was still on the plan. I left a message with the answering machine telling them I wanted someone to come out and asked that they call me back to schedule something. They never returned my call but someone showed up to perform service. I told him I wasn't expecting him but he could come in and do the service. I explained I thought this would be the last appointment on the current service plan I was on but wasn't sure because nobody called me back. I later received a bill for almost $500 with no explanation for what it was for.
I called the office to tell the person I thought I was on the plan, and that they sent me someone without confirming an appointment or explaining I was no longer on the plan (it expired 2 weeks prior to my service). She accused me of wanting free service, and berated me for letting the person in the house if I didn't want an appointment. She never acknowledged that it was a mistake to have sent someone to my home without ever telling me I'm no longer covered or confirming the appointment. I ended up speaking with the owner who had the same tone and told me he didn't want me as a client. They are better at working with rodents and pests than humans, I won't use them again.
