I can not stress enough how great this company. They are bunch of professionals when it comes to customer service and following up with my concerns especially the owner of the company himself. I had termite tenting service through them and couple of my neighbors saw there was a gap hole during the tenting process and notified me. The tenting happened on the weekend and I was very concerned on the result hence I contacted Goody immediately which he was the person that did the initial inspection. Upon contacting Goody on Saturday, he advised me that he is no longer with the company and had communicated my concerns with one of his previous co-worker on Royal Pest Services. After several times texting the phone no. that was provided to me be Goody, the owner of the Royal Pest Service himself called me to address my problem on the weekend! I was surprised and also realize that the owner of the company does take pride of their service and assure me that they are rectifying the problem and advised me on solution. I am vary satisfied with the level of service and quality of this company. Anyone that need termite pest service, look no further!

Have been using Royal for a while, used it in my old house & then when we moved we ended up re sodding the new lawn from royal. They did amazing work & have continued to maintain (what me & my neighbors call) the perfect lawn. I was nervous the new sod wouldn't flourish because I have areas of all sun & I also have 2 large trees in the front that make a lot of shade in the summer but whatever they are using & whatever sod they put down was perfect! Love my lawn & even now when it's winter it still looks amazing!

They called Wednesday to be at my home Thursday but never showed up or called. This has happened 3 or 4 times. I can't seem to get them to want my business. They fix the issue for a month or so but then revert to poor service. I like the way my lawn looks but they need to show up when they say they will. Come on Jimmy, I need a commitment from your team or I'm going to have to move my business to another lawn service. Jeff

Joe visited my property today to perform a termite inspection, I want to take the time to commend his service. I was very impressed by Joes thorough inspection and willingness to answer all my questions without leaving me feeling rushed. Joe took the time to completely crawl under the home to perform an inspection where other companies and individuals might have just crawled under a few feet and shined a light looking around the immediate crawl space area. It's this kind of experience that leaves me feeling good about having Royal as my service provider for years to come, great companies hire great employees and Joe is an example of that. Very friendly both in the office and in the field. Jeff came out and inspected our property and made suggestions to solve our pest problems. Then, once we chose to go with them, they came back out at a time that was convenient for us and were extremely kind and pleasant to work with throughout the process. They also boxed up our old termite stations so the old company could come get them. The old company only came out to inspect once a year, but Royal comes out at least twice a year (and more if we need it). I have nothing to complain about with this company. Thanks for making the switch so easy for us.

Having dealt with Isaac of Royal Lawn pest control for over two years when holes appeared in our den ceiling, our first call was to Royal Pest Services. Mike their termite inspector came the very next day, being that the holes were in the ceiling dry wall and not the time of year for swarming termites he was unsure if the damage was termite or Carpenter Ants. A specimen fell from the ceiling the next day, and I videoed and forwarded it to the main office. Mike came all the way over from Orange Park to pick up this sample even missing part of their office Christmas Party. Mike gave us a quote for termite treatment and also advised us of the new pest repellant blown-in insulation. We did receive a quote from another vendor who indicated our insulation was way under the ideal R-value. Kirk the Manager at Royal Pest Services came over to go over how the treatment would be done and the cost for both the termite treatment and the insulation. The quote from Royal beat out their competitor easily. Every part of the services we received from Royal Pest Control has always been above expectation. The staff is friendly and helpful for any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Royal Pest for any of your pest concerns and know that you are getting the best service and the very best price.

Royal Pest is my current service for lawn and pest control. Extremely satisfied with both. Isaac, our lawn tech, is amazing. He offers great advice and has my yard looking great. When I first switched my Zoysia was a mess. Through time, Issac has done a great job keeping me up to date. He offers insight as far as watering times, mowing height and my yard continues to improve. It's not perfect, yet, but I know we are close. Highly recommend.

I am not one to write reviews but I just have to give a shout out to Royal Pest Services. I had termite coverage when I bought my house with another company. It was just easy to continue to renew with them but then they started to pressure me that I had to "retreat" my house and the quote they gave me seemed very high! Since I have used Royal Pest Services for years for my indoor pest control and lawn service and have always been very happy, I decided to call them for a quote. Kurt came to my house and did a thorough inspection and carefully explained the installation process and all that they do to prevent termites. Honestly, I was a tad scared to hear the quote since they were offering more services than the other company and was pleasantly surprised! They beat the other company by $150.00!! They even offered a 5% discount if I paid in full for the year! Kurt was extremely professional and knowledgeable and I felt no pressure from him to make the sale. The other thing that I like about Royal is that I have had the same technicians for years! My daughter is allergic to wasps and I mentioned it to Tom and he always takes great care in removing the wasps nest around the perimeter of the house. When one nest was rebuilt before my next treatment, I simply called the office and they sent Tom back out to remove the nest. It is always nice to know who is knocking on your door!

I've cared for my lawn for a long time. This fall, weeds just took over and I needed help. I checked neighboring lawns and found the best looking lawns used Royal. I saw Robert Mendez spraying a neighbors lawn and talked to him as he was wrapping up. He kindly took my name and Mike called within hours. We signed up for services and Robert came back and sprayed the yard and offered some great advice. He came back 2 weeks later and retreated a couple spots and again offered some great advice. I really appreciated the personal touch and can see a dramatic improvement in such a short amount of time.

I've had several lawn companies before Royal. They are hands down the best. I was concerned there was no hope for my sad brown lawn and I would have to resod. The tech explained it would take several treatments but, he could turn it around with a little help from me. Great job from Jeff. I am a customer of Royal Pest Control for my lawn and house control. Jeff came out and explained what needed to be done to clear out the MANY aggressive yellow jackets and the nest they had built in an indoor/outdoor carpet I had standing up on my back porch. He came two days later at 6:30 am, before the bees get active (I didn't get up to greet him!). He treated the nest and carried the carpet down to the street curb to be picked up next week. Very much appreciate his outstanding job! My dog appreciates not having the bees around any longer, also!

We called Royal Pest after the company we had been using failed to solve our roach problem inside our home. From the time we called to date we have received nothing but white glove, top notch service. After Joe and Jeff treated our home I have yet to see a roach.
