We had a problem with german roaches for months. We try to get rid of them but never could get it under control. I called Rowland Pest Management and they said no problem we can help you with that. End of September Manny from Rowland came out and baited our whole house. By the time he left the roaches were dying which was a big relief. Manny came back in 2 weeks and treated again and then 2 weeks later another treatment. As of today our house us roach free and I appreciate all of their hard work and very friendly. They are always on time and usually early before time schedule which I liked. If you are looking for a reasonable pest company these guys get the job done. They are coming back every 3 months to keep everything under control. Thanks again Manny!

I had just moved into a home in Maitland and I asked neighbors for recommendations for pest control companies. A few mentioned Rowland (and other companies as well). I called around and Manny (from Rowland) was the only person to actually schedule a visit to my home to take a look and give me an accurate estimate. The others provided estimates, but no real personal attention. I was impressed with Manny and his knowledge and signed a contract that same day. I was not disappointed with the first service provided. He (and another technician — his name slips my mind) were very thorough and did an awesome job answering all of my questions and ensuring ever nook and cranny was treated. We also had the termite protection done and they made sure to cover all areas around the house. I would definitely highly recommend Rowland and look forward to working with them!

I came across Rowland Pest Management on Home Adviser. Within the same day I was contact and scheduled to meet with Jesse who came by to give a free estimate on 7/19/20. He was on time, professional and quoted me based on exactly what I needed and not what they could up sold on. I was quoted for an initial one-time fee of $90 and $33 monthly fee for pest control along the outside perimeter of my home. They were also willing to add 2X a year interior treatment.

I highly recommend Rowland Pest Management if you’re looking for a company who is professional, reasonable and very easy to work with. Jesse was very communicative right from the start. I needed a heads up to give me time to travel to the home and Jesse called and texted me with an arrival time, which was accurate. He was very thorough checking the exterior, attic and he got on the roof, which I did not expect. Jesse took pictures to show me his findings and even shared that it was time to clean the dryer vent. :) When it came time to give me the estimate Jesse was very thorough in explaining the steps of the work that would be performed. I had questions later so I texted them to Jesse. He was very responsive and super kind even though I’m sure his work day was over by 6:30pm. At that point I saw no reason to even get a second estimate. The next day I got a call first thing in the morning to set up my appointment and Kim took the time to walk me through the process again. It was consistent with what Jesse told me and the service performed was exactly that. I am happy to be continuing my long term pest control service with them and look forward to a bug and squirrel free home.

I have known Chris's (owner) Wife for over 25 years, so I knew going in, I was not going to be fed nonsense, like you can expect with some companies, just to get your money. When I discovered I had a German roach problem, I looked at the reviews of various companies and saw that this family owned business had many fine reviews. I got an immediate response to my request for service. Manny was outstanding. He was always on time and kept in touch to confirm service and to let me know he was on the way. He was knowledgeable, personable, explained the plan to best get rid of my roach problem, and was never pushy or try to add on extra costs. After the initial visit, the roaches quickly diminished. We just had the follow-up visit and within the next 1-2 weeks they'll be completely gone. Their customer service and expertise is outstanding!

Where should I start? Upon finding a rat in my home I began asking friends and neighbors for recommendations. So thankful that I was pointed in the direction of Rowland Pest Management. I had no idea how to get rid of the rodents. Along comes Wes and explains the process to me and sign up immediately. He was very informative and reassuring. Mush to my additional pleasure the tech that comes to my home to do the exclusion and rodent trap checks is the nicest guy on the planet. His name is Adam. I reached out to Rowland a month ago (May 11) about wasps and another bug I'm believing might be termites. I was told a supervisor would contact me by the following day (May 12). May 19th I reached out again because I received no contact back and was told someone would be to my house in the next week. It's been 3 weeks and they are not contacting me back at this point. I am no longer confident in this company. I am canceling and will search out another company. Rowland is not providing me services that I have paid for and I am having to either treat myself or pay additional money to treat for pests.

Read to the end to see why to choose Rowland! First I would like to thank Jesse for taking the time to educate me on the different kind of termites and walking with me around the house. This type of service makes it more personal while also being educational. Jesse went above and beyond my expectations! He was very professional, polite and on time. He called me twice before arriving at my home to let me know his ETA. I called Rowland post after having my home inspected for termites by another BIG name company. I was told we needed to take immediate action on our termite issues! The so called "inspector" wrote a report stating he found Fraser, drill holes, wings and other damages. He also wrote he found no prior evidence of previous termite treatments.... The house was previously treated with termador in 2011. The evidence of that are the drill holes in the concrete porches around the house. In the attic there are also 3 different stickers on the trusses were previous company's had left them stating the service and date they were done. This so called "inspector" also wrote in his report we were home for the inspection, which we were not! He was let in by another inspector that was doing a pre-sale home inspection. We are under contract to sell currently. After reading this so called "inspectors" report and findings, I was immediately concerned and knew that something was very odd. I called him and asked about his "findings" he so called found. He jumped around in the conversation a lot, he never gave a definite answer to any of my questions and he also kept pushing that we needed to tent/ fumigate the house immediately. I asked him to get me a quote and he said he was busy and would get it to me by the evening. The evening came and went, I called back the next day and asked where the quote was. Again i was told he was busy and would send it later. Needless to say I was not happy about any of this at all. While I waited, i went online to Home Advisor.com and searched for a local termite company. I didnt want to know them, I wanted to go off one with great reviews. I found Rowland and gave them a call. From the first call I was treated with respect and they were all very professional. From call backs, text messages and email updates. Jesse came out and did his inspection. He found NOTHING! No fras, wings, drill holes or evidence of termite damage. I told him the company that came out and showed him there report after he did his search. He was as shocked as I was. He told me these BIG name company's will do that just to reel you in and tell you that you need these things immediately hoping you take the bait and use them. Jesse said the house was in good shape, he showed me the drill holes from the previous termador treatment and stickers in the attic from the previous termite treatments. I asked the price for a preventative treatment bond. He told me the price and I was amazed. The price of Rowlands service was more than half less than the price of the BIG guys. Also the BIG guys wanted to charge us $3000.00 to tent the house, that was a SCAM! So the reason for my long review, is that before you go with a BIG name company, get additional quotes. Dont just go with a BIG name company because of there name or how long they have been around. If I had not questioned the initial report from them I would have been out thousands for absolutely nothing! Thank you Jesse and Thank you Rowland for being honest and very professional! For that reason I signed a contract and have told the new owners how great you guys are! FYI the BIG guy company was none the less than, MASSEY.... Crooked Scammers!

So about two weeks ago I came back from NC with a HUGE German roach problem in my new house. [I think I brought them in from renting a camper for Sun n Fun] Well, I called Chris and he came in and found more than what I had already killed! (We're talking about 100-YES I said 100- roaches!!!) Anyone who knows me knows I'm deathly scared of roaches-to the point where I'm dry heaving if it's bad. I was scared to walk barefoot in my home. I was scared to stand at my kitchen counter with the fear of something crawling on my foot. I was scared they were going to invade and I could never get rid of them! Chris came in and inspected everywhere, sound where they were all congregating (behind the fridge) and started a plan of action. He didn't miss a beat-he knew who he was going to war with and was ready to fight! He set baits and treated everything. He said he was going to be back in a couple weeks to retreat and make sure everything was going as planned. Well, I was thinking it would take weeks for these little jerks to die but I started seeing dead roaches everywhere within 24 hours! What a relief! I have been happily vacuuming them up. I can finally walk to the kitchen at 2 in the morning to get a glass of water without the fear of stepping on roaches. Thank you Chris, you're seriously my hero and everyone needs to use your services.

We had researched some pest control companies to take care of problem. We contacted a bunch of companies and Rowland was the first to respond back. He researches everything so when he suggests someone I use them. I did use them and thought they were the most professional, very nice, responsive, explains everything with accuracy and in layman's terms, not pushy (gave us the option of yearly vs one time getting rid of the bugs), and above all, right on time. Finding out your house has live, subterranean termites is a scary feeling in the pit of your stomach. My rodent problem is still ongoing after nearly a month now, and not yet solved - so I didn't give 5 stars (yet) but I DID want to log on to say that Rowland technicians have been extremely polite, helpful, and sincerely trying to solve the problem. The company has responded quickly to every call I've made for service. When the last rat goes out the door, I'll be upping my review to five stars, for sure! Karen Coyle May 2021 I'm updating my review. It's July now. Their technicians as individuals are still lovely people - I have not met a bad one yet; all have been unfailingly polite and courteous. But their scheduling system is a constant headache with my work schedule (the usual "we'll be there sometime today, but no idea exactly when" you get from so many service industries. And there has been sporadic at best progress on the actual pest problem - literally two MONTHS after what they said was the completion of their "total exclusion" service, they found TWO more entry points for the rats that no one noticed before, so that was given as the reason the rats still aren't gone. It's been two thousand dollars worth of mostly just running in place, really. I'm canceling my service with Rowland Pest Control today, and looking for a different company to call. The (service to treat the ants inside and outside the home I was satisfied with. The PRICE for the actual treatment for the rodents was out ragest. I would strongly suggest that you not use this company to do anything for you except regular quarterly pest control. They charged $920. for 2 small pieces of chicken wire, plus 1 medium piece cut in strips to go around the bottom of my a/c (to keep rodents from getting under my home), 2 mouse traps and 2 sleeves to go over my stacks on the roof. I check with other companies and they agreed they would have done the exact same thing as Roland Pest Control did and as good a job, for $250 to $500.

So I found Rowland through online and I gotta say, I was impressed with their customer service from the get go. We just moved to Winter Springs about 3 months ago and the house we bought seemed to have a roach problem. I called them up and they were able to come out same day and do treatment. Wes was the expert that came out and he was super knowledgeable and friendly. Since they came I haven't seen anymore. Just today I called them because I had killed two brown recluse spiders! One very large one in the garage and a smaller one inside the home! As you know these spiders are very poisonous so I was definitely worried especially with my wife being pregnant. They were able to squeeze me in their schedule and Trent, another expert came out and did an awesome treatment. Hopefully I don't see anymore. These guys truly care which is what I appreciate. *MORE BUGS THAN EVER* I hired Rowland Pest Control after moving into my new house and wanting to get any potential unwelcome pests under control. They are more expensive than other highly rated companies but had a great sales pitch and I gave it a shot for the past few months. MY PETS HAVE FOUND AND KILLED MORE BUGS THAN THIS COMPANY. I decided to try a smaller more family owned company because #1 I appreciate smaller companies and I felt they usually give more of a hands on approach and I am very happy so far with Rowland pest control. The customer service was friendly, professional and informative. She made me feel confident that I would have nothing to worry about. I didn't have to even empty out my cabinets or shelves which is a PLUS!! The tech that came to apply the treatment was quick, polite and professional. The product is working very well. Found Rowland online and sent them a message on a Saturday. I didn’t expect a response until Monday at the earliest, but received a call that same afternoon to set up an appointment for the following week. The inspector, Billy, showed up at the very beginning of the appointment window. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure we understood everything he was doing and why he was doing it. When he finished the inspection, he talked through all of his findings and recommendations. I never felt like he was pushing me to spend money I didn’t need to. I will definitely be using Rowland in the future and recommending them and especially Billy to my friends and family!
