Got a quick response to my email, Cindy wasswas very informative and helped me with setting up an appointment for my next available time and the technician arrived on time and was professional, and thorough but fast. Set up monthly treatments. I haven't seen a flea since they sprayed yesterday, he also told me they may hatch out within 14 days to let them know if that happens so they can spray again.

Our dog ended up with fleas, which then spread throughout our home. After calling several companies, Prestige had the best price, but that was nothing compared to their guarantee. After being assured if our home was not rid of the fleas, after one treatment, they would continue for free until there was no need to. Greatly, we didn’t have to exercise that option. I was extremely satisfied, and would definitely recommend! Booking was simple and service was immediately scheduled! It was truly a pleasure with Prestige!

Professional tech came out. Sprayed but nothing died. Called the office a week later talked to the manager she told that to called back another week later and she send someone out. Also i was that I was recommended for every two weeks for the problem. The last time i use the service they did their job the first time. No need for a program if your not getting a satisfying job the first time.

Prestige is a great company to have come out do just regular spraying maintenance. After having several trees removed from our property and our neighbors property at the same time, we all of a sudden had roaches going everywhere.. they manged to get inside our home as well. Prestige worked with us in making it affordable to come do a deep detailed spray. Within a day we no longer saw any bugs at all. The same say the trees were removed there was a basketball pole dug up that was several feet deep. It was discovered there were quite a few termite nests near the home as well. I called Prestige immediately to inquire about termite inspection to be sure they weren't in the home and work on removing the ones in the yard. They had Greg out immediately, as in the same day within just an hour or so. Greg did a very thorough inspection, worked on protecting our home from the ones that had nested as well as started the removal process for the nests that were present. While all of their techs have been nothing but professional and friendly we definitely prefer Greg to be the one to come out. He has been the one to survive my parents home and now ours for several years. It seems as if he has become a member of the family now!! His wife works in the office and is just as sweet as one can be! I like speaking with her when they call to set up our service appointments every month. We definitely recommend Prestige to anyone looking for any kind of pest control...
