Matt was AMAZING. PCC worked with my landlord to get someone out quickly for my concerns. He came a day early because he had time in his schedule to make things work. Not only did Matt take care of the issues inside my house, he also found a ground bee nest outside and took care of that along with the routine care. He let me know a timeline for when my issue would be fully resolved and sticky traps in case I had areas I wanted to use them. He was incredibly professional and courteous. My questions weren't annoying to him and he took the time to make me feel heard and appreciated as a customer. He let me know what I could do outside to keep bugs away and left me feeling confident in their services.

Called Tuesday. Technician arrived at Wednesday appointment on time. Took the time to talk about the issues we were having and to carefully inspect before recommending a plan of action. Did not to try to oversell products or services not needed. Treated both inside and outside. Talked about how long product would take to work and when to call back if problems continue. Wore mask whenever inside or interacting with us. Very professional throughout. Very pleased with experience. Assuming pests are gone I would definitely call them again should we have further issues.

I work in an institution that used to be serviced by another company. Back then (many years ago), even with treatments, we had a problem with cockroaches and water bugs. When I returned to work for this same institution (almost two years now), I noticed that the problem is non-existent. I do not have to spot-treat any problem areas or go behind the technicians to supplement their work. These guys are the real deal. I would highly recommend them.

I did not order or request this service. We are cautious about what chemicals (if any) due to my children's' allergies and small animals. Ryan (company employee) decided to contaminate my yard without verifying he had the correct address! Company claims chemicals are not harmful and nothing they can do. They suggested I go hose down the area. So if that is true, and you want pest control, do not waste your money on something that can be cleared away by water!

In the past 60 years, Never in my life have I or my wife ever had to deal with a infestation of any kind of bug. But once we discovered we were being infested with bed bugs. Just the idea alone gave both my wife and I the “HEEBEE GEEBEE’S”. But when Steven came to service us to exterminate the bed bugs from our house. He was very thorough, professional and polite as he educated me. On the characteristics and the behavior of the Bed Bugs with each different application he was applying And we are very great full that Steven, was very good at being sensitive to our specific needs. As as he made my wife and I feel very relieved and reassured that the bed bugs will be a problem of our past. We thank you very much Steven for being there to serve us. We’ve had PCC do our yard for around 3 years now. Had a couple different techs and always have done a nice job. We’ve had big mosquito issues since we’re in a rural area and after the treatment they’re services have really taken care of it. The quarterly treatment always is nice to have as well for maintenance purposes around the house.
