Waseem is very knowledgeable about the construction of houses and looked at and treated all areas of our house. He looked for access points from holes, the ceiling, pipes, under kick plates of cupboards and every other possible nook and cranny. When I called I was able to get a technician in the next day (on a saturday) to address the problem, check for entry points to the house, seal those entry points and set traps for the mice. This was all done in a safe manner for myself and my dogs which was a high prioroty as I have three dogs of varying sizes. The technician was very thorough in his explanation, I am very pleased and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a pest control service.

Fly by night operation STAY AWAY! This is a one-person shop - all the great google reviews MUST BE FAKE. This person has no regard for your time, money, nor your SAFETY - HE COMES AND SPRAYS POISON EVERYWHERE WITHOUT TAKING THE TIME TO LEARN ABOUT WHAT HE IS DOING. I called his number based on the great google reviews. This is his cell number. We called due to bed bugs in our new house which appeared about three weeks after our move (we used Two Men and a Truck and we suspect that the bugs came from the truck). The "business operator" answered the phone and came to our home to do an inspection the same day. There were a couple of warning signs: the first one was on the phone when he asked me whether I wanted him to do one room or several rooms; I said that I had no idea and that I needed an expert to suggest the appropriate treatment so he came to inspect. The second warning sign was his having to answer his phone several times while visiting us and asking the caller "when was I there?". The outcome of our hiring this person has been his having put our family's health in dander by spraying pesticide while we were home and spraying our pillows (something that should never have been done) and leaving puddles of poison on our hard wood floors which caused irreparable damage and not having solved the bed bug problem at all. He said only one room had to be treated and he claimed that he found bed-bug eggs which he pointed out to me - he said the eggs were little round black dots; a quick google search reveals that eggs are white and oval shape while the round black dots are the poop. SOMEONE WHO CAN'T BOTHER TO RESEARCH A BASIC THING LIKE THIS SHOULD NOT PRETEND TO BE AN EXPERT. This guy is obviously either new to ned bugs or is incredibly incompetent and uninterested in learning his trade. Every real pest-control company will tell you to leave the premises for at least 4 ours after treatment but this guy doesn't care about your safety and says: "it just smells bad, but it's fine to stay in the room while I spray". STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY BECAUSE HE MAY JUST KILL YOU INSTEAD OF THE PESTS. I DON'T THINK HE HAS ANY IDEA HOW TO KILL PESTS ASIDE FROM FLOODING EVERYTHING IN SIGHT WITH PESTICIDES.

You truly are good to your word. I built a raised deck last year. Unfortunately, a short time later I found borrowing holes at different base points by my deck. I knew it must have been a rodent, and one early damp morning its siting was confirmed. Now, I just built my deck, hoping to use it to its fullest, and there was no way I wanted to have a party on my deck and this critter(s) pops out. The one I saw was pretty big too. It had to go! I know how fast they can multiply and what havoc field mice can do. Yet, you came by, as calm as can be, and handled it with a simple bait box. You could have charged me for this and that, but you calmly explained what I needed and that was all I was going to need. That was perfect! You assured me what would transpire and how there would be no odour afterwards. Your price was far more favourable than the other calls I made, even though I know that always doesn’t mean you would do a good job, but you did. Awesome! What else can I say? I recovered all the base holes and they haven’t reopened, nor has any new ones appeared. Also, thanks for the assurance of contacting you again if I had to. Thanks a ton!

We have been very happy with Pest Control Barrie. We purchased our new home and within a few weeks noticed mouse poop. We reached out to these guys and they were quick to respond, cheaper than other places, and had excellent availability. Everything was taken care of quickly and professionally. Since couple of weeks we were having bites in the night time. Could mot figure out the reason. On day in the morning noticed 2 bugs on the bef sheet. It freeked us to know the bedbugs. Called Pest Control Barrie. During inspection Exterminator found out clusters of bedbugs and the eggs on the boxspring. The efterminator treated our bed frame , matress, box spring and the room. Treated baseboard gaps and etire furniture in the room. He educated us on the issue and precautionary measures to avoid the problems in the future. Charges were very reasonable. We had Ants issue in our home. It was discovered when renovator was installing windows. I called Pest Control Barrie. It was a kind of emergency. Within an hour exterminatior came. He inspected the property thoroghly. To our surprise, he located the Carpenter Ants colony and did the treatment targeting right on the colony. Amazingly ants swarmed away and ants colony was killed. We have no issue any more. Very impressed about the professionalism and how the issue was dealt efficently and aparently very effectively. Price was very reasonable.
