We have been using Nuisance No More for about 5 years now and barely see a spider in our home and we live in Clarence. We only have Spencer and his crew at Nuisance No More spray our house outside and the surrounding perimeter twice a year (spring and fall). Their services are excellent. They are very affordable, friendly, and professional. We won't use any other service. Great job always!

We had this company out last year to deal with a bat problem and I have to admit I was skeptical when I saw the steep price, but it's been a year now with no more bats, so that's worth it for me. The employees were polite and clean and they obviously did a good job.

I almost never write bad reviews unless it’s pretty bad but this was my second year having Nuisance No More spray my house. The first year was great-they were professional and I had no issues with the product. This year roughly 2 few weeks after having the exterior sprayed I noticed spiders setting up shop. While I know they require a call within 30 days I explained that I had a baby a few weeks after they sprayed (around the time I noticed the spiders) and unfortunately 2 weeks after having our baby he spiked a fever of 101.4 and so we were in the hospital for close to a week dealing with that. Not to mention we have a 19 month old and a 3 year old so we have had a lot to deal with. I explained this in hopes that the manager would have just a little bit of sympathy and understanding as to why I failed to call within the 30 day window and meet me half way. So basically I paid $120+tax for an exterior spray that is not working and I was told I would have to pay again for an additional exterior spray at a reduced rate. In the end I asked to be removed from annual exterior sprays and my FIL recommended the company he uses for his house. The company would have been much farther ahead had they just showed some understanding and resprayed the problem areas.

I just moved to a new home, my first home actually, and soon found out that Stanley the Squirrel was living in my attic. He left walnuts above my shower... Well after having called orkin and them claiming it was mice, I ended up calling Nuisance No More as it was reccommended by a coworker of mine. Dave, the owner, had come to my house and inspected my property and determined that it was a squirrel, a red squirrel for that matter, and showed me where he was coming in. Him and his techs came by daily to check the traps and we had eventually caught Stanley the Squirrel! He has now been relocated and is living far... far away from me. I cannot speak more highly of this company and their amazingly friendly staff. These people know their stuff. I will continue to use this company and only this company. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

I got this company by referral from my mother in law. Spencer came and did a great job, as well as being professional, friendly and informative. This is our first treatment for carpenter ants but I like that they back up their work and will treat the house again if needed. The secretary could use a little work on helping customers and not rushing them off the phone, but overall I am very happy.

The initial service was very successful, and a follow up inspection done recently revealed an additional point of entry which was has been completely sealed.
