Pete and Christine provided excellent service with an unfortunate occurence of bed bugs. One of those things that you think is impossible for you ever to get. We contacted them almost in a panic, and even though they were leaving for vacation, they quickly helped us out. Pete eased our nerves and provided a very detailed list of items that we needed to do to in preparation for treatment. Unknowingly, it is quite a process to get rid of these little ........bugs. Many questions were emailed back and forth during this time and Pete answered all of our questions. The treatment went well, and also the follow up. These two are professionals! We had Mr. Pest Control come to our place to resolve an ant problem. He sprayed the house down the first time, and did a good job. However, the ant problem was a little more persistent than expected. Mr. Pest Control was more that happy to come back a second time, free of charge, and spray again. With the second treatment, the ants were gone and never returned. Thanks Mr. Pest Control!

My husband and I bought an old home built in the 1940’s and as soon as we moved in, we were constantly finding spiders, ants and centipedes. We tried conventional powders in the gardens around the house, sealed all the gaps and spaces we could find in our basement, used ant traps etc. and continued to find them. We called Mr. Pest control and we were impressed right from the start with Pete and Christine. They’re so knowledgeable about what would work best and were able to answer all of questions. We had the house sprayed both inside and out, and it has now been a year and we have not found one single bug! We also have a dog and baby and their products were perfectly safe after just a few hours! Will never waste money or time on trying to fix the problem on our own again! Best service! We've recently had an absolutely fantastic experience with Mr. Pest Control. We have been dealing with an ongoing problem with what we thought were squirrels...in our attic, walls, between the floors etc. Off and on for years in fact, with no other company able to resolve the problem. We decided to call Mr Pest control and they came the very next day. Peter and Christine assessed the situation, suspecting it was mice and suggested a less expensive and less intrusive treatment. Low and behold they were right! (Always listen to the experts!) Now we are back to enjoying a nice quiet and critter free home once again. We can't thank them enough!! We would highly recommend them.

We had an amazing experience with Mr Pest Control! We contacted them when we moved into our new home and noticed we had an ant problem. They were able to identify the ant and let us know we would need to do a full home treatment in order to really get rid of them. They were able to come and treat our home the very next day and we haven’t seen a single ant since! The customer service is was exceptional and extremely professional. They are friendly and polite and really want to help you! They are very knowledgeable about pest control and the different solutions available. I would recommend Mr. Pest Control to anyone who has a problem with pests at their home!

.I can`t praise Christine and the company enough. She promptly responded to my inquiry, gave me a detailed plan of the work that needed to be done, and started the job within a few days. She kept me in the loop all through their work, which included several visits. When we needed to adjust the original plan, she kept me informed so we could make a quick decision. The attic is now racoon free, and all entrances are closed. They stayed within the original quote, and considering the work and attention to detail, it`s good value. Highly recommended

We waited a full year to add a review to ensure our persistent and reoccurring problem for years with ants was over. Happy to report Mr Pest Control found where the problem was where other services couldn't. It took a few treatments but they're gone. Super efficient and knowledgeable. Bats were getting into our apartment and we didn't know why, so we called Mr. Pest Control. They came over, had a quick look around the roof area, and found the locations where the bats were coming in. They put up some one way doors so the bats could leave but not come back in. I would NOT recommend using Mr Pest Control. I had to initiate communication. Pete finally showed up one morning with no notice. I used this company to have squirrels removed from my attic. I was told the quote included the removal of the squirrels, pest proofing of vents and the repair of my facia. To me, repair means the facia board will look like it did before the wildlife got in. To Pete and the Mr Pest Control company it means leaving a hole in the facia with wire mesh covering it leaving the attic of my home exposed to the rain and snow. They did not complete the work they promised and I paid for.

I called Mr. Pest Control after another company failed to trap any suspected racoons in my attic (they said the racoons entered the roof through an opening in the soffit). The next step this company offered was to go through the drywall or roof shingles to remove the nest they figured was there. I decided to obtain a second opinion before going to the expense, disruption , and mess this would involve. I called Mr. Pest control and I am extremely glad I did! Pete and Christine arrived as scheduled and proceeded to evaluate my property for possible access points and infestations. They did a thorough examination (including infrared equipment) of the roof and attic and found no signs of wildlife. Turns out, there was NO hole in the soffit. Although the soffit was loose, there was no access point as the old wooden soffit was behind the vinyl soffit. It turns out the noises we all heard that sounded like some type of wildlife in the attic were actually branches scraping the vinyl siding in the wind (yes, really!). I would recommend Mr. Pest Control without hesitation. It is the type of company I like to do business with. Staff is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and they take pride in their work. Christine made a follow up call to ensure that I have not had any concerns since their visit. My only regret is I didn't call them first, thereby avoiding a costly and shoddy experience with the first company I dealt with.
