Mcpherson Pest is responsive, professional, and willing to take the time to educate the homeowner. We had an active ant situation and they were able to come out right away and get us set up to deal with the problem. They kept us fully informed along the way. In addition to the regularly scheduled visits, I called for an outbreak and they were here within the week to deal with it. I've not dealt with any other pest control companies, but I can't imagine better service than I received from McPherson.

They called me right away and scheduled an appointment. Extremely professional, got to the source of the problem almost immediately. They also were able to alert me of a water leak in my crawl space that required immediate attention. They also fixed a problem area that we didn’t know we had. My family feels better knowing everything that they did to solve our problem. I didn’t shop around, but cost seems extremely fair for what they did. Would definitely recommend

Tom was AMAZING!! I had an appointment but I cancelled because I thought I could take care of the wasps on my own. Big mistake!! They were in the siding of my house and because i sprayed the outside where the were going in and out they couldn't get in BUT they also couldn't get out. So they went through the wall and got into my son's room. Thankfully it was only a few and not the whole nest. Anyway I called Tom and he fit me in that day. He came out sprayed outside the house where they were going in and out then he went in my sons room and sprayed a different spray to kill the few that were in there. What was exceptional was that he came back a few days later to make sure they were all dead! Thank you Tom!!

We found McPherson pest control during the state lockdown. We moved into our house and soon discovered that we had quite an ant problem. We called and scheduled an appointment with Tom. He was able to get us in right away and was able to get the problem under control immediately. We are now using him as our regular bug guy! I received excellent service from McPherson Pest Control. I called to have the spider problem taken care of as well as check for any other possible “pests”. Tom was great. He checked under my house and in the attic; advised me on a couple things I might need in the future, then sprayed all around outside, and some inside. He did an excellent job. I’ve seen only one spider in my house instead of the usual “fall parade”. I highly recommend this company!

They were able to conduct the inspection the same day, and because of their terrific work on that occasion, I hired them to conduct monthly inspections and prevention for spiders, rodents, and insects. McPherson Pest Control answered my call immediately and set up an appointment to take a look at my problem..... They came out, set traps, and inspected under the house and in the garage.
