Th tech was scheduled between 4 and 6. At 645, he showed up and a few calls back and forth telling me he would be a little after 5, then a little after 6, he was getting his tires done. Should have sent another tech. He was really nice, but don't get tires done during a time frame which you have customers set up. This was our first experience with them.

I had a great experience with Inspect-All Services. Mark was very knowledgeable and professional and answered any questions about the business or inspection that I had. He gave me great information, pointing out things like minor cosmetic repairs, safety hazards, and repairs that would require more effort such as more money or a qualified professional to fix it. Based on the results in the inspection report, which noted all the things he told me about, I decided to not buy that house. Since I'm still in the market for a new house, I will definitely be using Inspect-All Services again. I really like the infrared scan they offer because I'm highly allergic to mold and really wanted to concentrate on finding any moisture in the structure of the house. I also really like the 90 day warranty they offer. My realtor had not yet heard about Inspect-All Services and was very pleased with their service and will recommend them to her clients in the future.

Joe told us he could fit us in the following day at the end of his (already busy) day, came out and was very professional, kind, and on-time - also calling to give me notice that he was arriving. Joe arrived with another technician, they both were respectful of our space and wore shoe coverings. Joe was communicative throughout and gave us detailed information and tips. The only small problem we initially had was to be able to locate where the damage was actually located because the description did not match the picture we were shown. Although it’s only been a few days since our initial treatment, most of the pests I’ve spotted have been belly up! I’m very happy with my choice to go with Kingfish - there are A LOT of pest control operations out there (this is Florida after all, the unofficial state bird is a Palmetto bug) but so far Kingfish’s customer service has surpassed my expectations and previous experiences with other companies.
