Island Pest Control of Hilton Head is a top-notch company. We switched to them after our previous company failed to protect us from termite infestation. Island Pest Control did a complete analysis of our home and property made recommendations for pest control, mosquito control, and termite protection. Moved into a new home about two weeks ago, asked Island to come to the house two weeks or so before that they told me the soonest they could come was August 12. Asked if that was the best they could do that we’d need it sooner, they said yes so I called Orkin who was incredibly responsive and came out the same day I called. Orkin got my business. I called island to cancel and was argued with by the person managing the schedule. You lost a customer because you couldn’t do better, don’t argue with me about it.
