I contacted IPM Pest Control after reading a number of 5-star rated reviews about the business. They were out the very next day to service my mom's house for a mice problem. Jate came out to inspect the house - inside and out and did a fantastic job! I cannot express how helpful he was - from thoroughly explaining what needed to be done to returning the next day to check on the traps he set. Jate must have searched for every hole on the outside of the house and patched it up with steel wool because we immediately saw a difference. There were no more mouse droppings spotted the moment Jate left. When he returned to check the traps on the inside of the house, he was even surprised that we didn't catch any mice, but I told him that it's because he did such an amazing job the day before sealing the outside of the house, that they could not make their way back inside. Jate was friendly, professional, on-time, and truly cares about making sure the customer is comfortable and happy with the service. My mother purchased a quarterly plan for IPM to follow-up every 90 days and we feel good about having them back. If you are looking for a professional company that lives up to the 5-star reviews, look no further than IPM and ask for Jate!!

I was very unhappy to find my house had termites and preceded to freak out! A lady I work with told me the first person I needed to call was Matt from IPM and thank God she did! They came out, after hours, that night to check my house in the pouring rain. They were able to tell me exactly what was wrong and what they could do to fix it. A short weekend later, Brian was at my house working hard to get rid of the termites! He made me feel very comfortable and confident about the work they were doing and left the house looking great! I would HIGHLY recommend IPM to anyone and will be using them for any of my (hopefully very few and far between) future pest management needs! :)

The gentleman, Wes, was not scheduled to be the one to come, so he was close to being on time. Once here, he was very knowledgeable about the companies procedures and the bugs as well. Very courteous and calmly explained what he would do. I scheduled an appointment for the following work day and he was adaptable to the time I had available to be at home. He did a walk thru and the quote was also reasonable for what I was expecting and compared to others around me that had been sprayed. Now 4 weeks later the final spray was done. But first, I had seen a few more bugs in the couch and they promptly came and sprayed and didn't have to come for another 2 weeks. I'm glad I chose this company I am confident that all the bugs are gone and if I do have any problems I will be calling him again. I am highly impressed with IPM. My technician, Wes, was very thorough, taking his time to look both inside and outside of my home for ant nests. He treated the area, but said he would come back out a second time when the weather is warmer and the ants would be more active, so he could make sure he effectively treats the ants and their nests. I am a curious person and like to know as much as I can about issues that concern me, and he took his time answering my questions and educating me on different types of ants and their behaviors. I will definitely use IPM again in the future for all of my pest needs (although I'd rather not have any pests at all), and for annual pest inspections. My area is also known for termites, so I will definitely have IPM check my home once a year for termites, and if God forbid it is needed, have them treat my home for any infestations. I highly recommend IPM and am glad I used their services.

The best pest management service in Lexington KY. We were introduced to them 4 years ago by our realtor and a resident with his PhD in entomology. They use effective but safe products. They are most thorough and workers are always polite, respectful, and professional in manner and dress. Their customer service is outstanding. They call ahead of time when it is time to schedule treatment; they can even text you if preferred. In the rare event something unusual crops like ants in our new mulch bed, they respond right away. All of this at an affordable cost.

Called IPM for a termite problem I noticed that cropped up. Gentleman came out for an inspection and confirmed my suspicions. Scheduled the treatment and on the scheduled day they showed up and were super friendly and knowledgeable. The owner of the place also came out near the end and kinda looked over things which was pretty neat too. Price was also competitive for the area. All in all seems to be a great company and staff. We had our first service done by Wes 2 weeks ago. He didn’t spray our upstairs because he told us there shouldn’t be any bugs up there. He only sprayed the bottom perimeter on the outside of our house and half of the inside. He did nothing around windowsills because he said it was too cold. Needless to say we still have spiders. I’ve also recently noticed a few ants and ladybugs that were not there previously. Maybe if he did a better job spraying we would have had a better outcome.
