We thought we had squirrels in the attic but when ICE came they told us it was rats, and that they had been around for quite awhile. They set up a program, took care of everything with a few visits and now...NO MORE RATS! I highly recommend ICE. They were very professional and kept me in the loop throughout the process.

So I had the ICE Pest Control & Wildlife Removal back to my home to do an inspection outside and provide an estimate for required work. Cameron came out and did a thorough inspection and provided a quote for the job. I had them come out the following week and I was absolutely so impressed with the work that Cameron and Nick did. Meticulous care and the scope of the work was far beyond what I had expected. They did an amazing job, didn't rush, (even gave me some lessons on how to mortar) and even found that entry point (which was so well concealed) of how these little critters were getting in. I honestly have been truly lucky to have come across such a great group of individuals that work for ICE. Great job. Thank you again. ********************************** So....I called ICE Pest Control & Wildlife Removal on January 17 with respect to a mouse issue in my home. Sal of ICE came to my house on Saturday January 19. If having mouse issues can be a positive thing, then having the amazing Sal come by and fix your problem makes it worth it. So very professional, so very knowledgeable and the care and efficiency that he took in securing not just the area where I assumed I had an issue, but he did an examination and baited the whole house to ensure that I would feel confident that the problem would be looked after. He was very mindful of the placement of the delicious mouse bait stations as I have cats and made sure that I felt comfortable and safe with what was done. They do a follow up with you and will address any further issues if they arise. I would in a heartbeat recommend this company to friends and strangers. Wonderful job. And thank you Liz for taking the time to speak with me and explain what your company does, how they do it and for being such a compassionate individual. You guys are awesome.

I asked them to remove the raccoon in my house last year. They did a good job on that part, to be fair. However, The technician charged me an additional more than $300 dollars to remove the raccoon feces on the roof. He said he didn't bring the suite and gloves so he will come back later. I payed upfront, but they never came back. I called the company several times in the next few weeks, they said they will look into this matter and call me back, but they never did. After calling them a few times, I just gave up. After 1 year, the raccoon feces is still there.

Hands down the best, and most relaxed experience with a service company I have had to date. They did such a fantastic job with my industrial facility, I had them around to take care of my home as well. From pesky ants in the walls to the mice in the attic they took care of everything flawlessly. They even discovered a family of Raccoons that had created a significant amount of damaged to my home. The reason for one star was because they did show up on time. We had received a quote over the phone and agreed to it. When the person showed up to do the job, the price doubled. When we inquired at their Head Office, the "candid" response was that there was a error between the office and the service person....administrative mistake or consumer deception? Your call but I can tell you it was the latter in our opinion. They did say they would "honour" the price but the service person was not too happy and seemed upset. We did not feel comfortable working with him as the quality of work could be called into question. We have decided to look into other services. First impression is the lasting impression.

Nathan went above and beyond my expectations. It is great to see the next generation taking pride in what they do. I expect Denise to try to shut down my constructive criticism as she has done to everyone down here who posted a bad review; hopefully it's helpful for you. If we had read all the reviews we should have expected the price quoted over the phone was not to be respected and when we confronted them we were the ones changing the story and/or misunderstood. Unfortunately just hours after the application we noticed the wasps were still there, we called to inform the situation we were treated rude over the phone and left with the problem. Lesson learned. The fact they react rude instead of trying to reach some middle ground speaks volumes. 3.5 stars to the technician who came home as he was patient, polite, thorough and explained every step he was taking, I just had to take one and a half star from him because the problem was not solved and the wasp was right on the treated area.

ICE Pest Control and Wildlife removed thousands of bees from a chimney of the house. They had to access it from the exterior and we were very concerned about the brick as this is a heritage home. They did a fantastic job and were friendly and professional, even when they were being stung multiple times. (I would have not been as professional haha) They cleaned everything up (including the bricks covered in honey) when they left and even found those little honey makers a new home. They did a great job and we are happy with their service. Highly recommended! Thanks for your help and guidance Denise!

I called worried about the weird sound in my attic and was warmly greeted by Nina the receptionist who assured me she would send someone out ASAP. Kevin arrived the next day and did a GREAT JOB removing the squirrels from my attic and also set up preventative control so that they cannot return. I would recommend this company for any wildlife and or pest removal services in the GTA.

The staff at ICE Pest Control are incredible! I am a single mother of two and my adjacent neighbour runs an airbnb and bedbugs found their way into my home. My panic was met with compassion and support by Bailey and Denise at ICE and their calm and confidence got me through the whole ordeal. Sal the technician was incredibly professional and reassuring in explaining the process and procedure and even went the extra mile in bagging some of my books/belongings that I hadn't secured before the treatment. I had so much trust in this team of professionals I left a key for them while I went to the cottage with my family and they let themselves in and locked up for me, taking care of the whole thing. i was very impressed with the service i received today. Calum found the dead red squirrel in my attic and it took him less than 15 minutes. the property mgmt company sent in their general contractor who said they checked every square inch and found nothing. This is why it is always best to bring in the professionals to get the job done right the first time. Calum was very nice and very professional. This company removed bird nest from my soffit early June 2020 and I was charged 295$ plus hst , I hired them again to remove another birth nest from another property that I own and I was told $ 470 plus hst as the prices “ went up due to Canadian vs US dollar conversion “ what a ridiculous reason !! Technician was in place he said situation is too bad and I have to put a one way door and charge you $630 plus hst in addition to $ 285 plus Hst on top of it to remove nest Total $1033 which is more that triple what I paid a month ago for a job that does not take more than one hour ! When I called to explain the situation they don’t want to admit that they did my previous house for $ 295 even though I have the invoice . Never use them again .

They were supposed to arrive to remove birds nest from my bathroom vent. My apt was from 10-1. I called the morning of my apt to confirm the time. All was confirmed for the guys to be there between 10-1.The lady from the office had let me know that the guys will call half hour before arrival time to let you know that they are on the way. 1pm came I still have not heard from anyone as well no one had shown for the apt. At this point I decided to call the office to find out why no one showed for the apt, the lady from the office told me that they were running behind and they will be there between 4-7 this is after I had already waited all morning.I cancelled my apt as this company had already wasted my time. No one from the company had contacted me to let me know that they would be late for several hours the only reason I found out of the delay was because I called them, then they told me that they will be late for several hours. This company has no respect for people's time nor apologize for wasting my time.

ICE Pest Control was great in all regards. They were professional, customer-oriented and, most important, effective. Most people hire pest control services after they have a problem in their homes. ICE can certainly help with that, but I used their services in a proactive way. We were noticing a lot of mice, rat and raccoon activity in our immediate neighbourhood, so we wanted to lower the chances of those critters getting into our house and causing damage. ICE is one of the only companies that offers home pest-proofing services. They come in and assess where pests can get in and then remediate the problem quickly and cost-effectively (especially when compared to the $ it costs to repair damage from an infestation). Our neighbours have all had issues, but nothing has gotten into our home, thanks to ICE. I have no reservations in recommending their services.

Terrible. Paid $700 for one trap in backyard for more than one skunk. Trap is faulty and doesn’t work. They robbed me. Will follow up with my lawyer. 700 for nothing. Don’t use this company. Quote of $8,000 to trench backyard absolutely crazy!

I highly recommend this company we live in brampton we had raccoons in our attic it sounded like someone was breaking in to our home. ICE wildlife came out and fixed our raccoon problem. We even had babies we didn't know about. They where gently taken from our attic placed in a warming box so the mommy raccoon could get them and move the babies. This process was all said and done within about 72 hours. Thank you to all the wonderful staff. Now we can sleep

Sal treated my house for centipedes over a year ago. He took the time to explain the process to me and did a thorough job, including dusting the attic, which a previous company had not done. I still find dead centipedes some mornings, far exceeding their guarantee period. Sal also retreated areas of the basement affected by water damage shortly after their initial treatment, free of charge, showing understanding and professionalism. I highly recommend ICE!

Horrible experience. Beware as they tell you it's one price over the phone and then they give you a quote and its double price! One of the most expensive out there. as I called 3 other places and saved over 50%. They will tell you that you need to get their "required" work done. If you want the animal removed and are willing to do your own repairs they will not come do the job and there goes over $150 just to take a look at your property. Other companies will come assess your house for free. Fyi it was squirrels and they say it was a raccoon.

I have a problem with box elder bugs! There are millions of them around my 10x10 cedar pergola and my shed which is next to my peragola. They are generated from the tree behind! I have called companies to deal with this problem but no one returned my call or came to see the problem! I have found ice pest control by an add on google where I visited their website and surprisingly I was able to chat with them to see if they can deal with my problem! They have answered right away with a price! Since my case is not realated to my house they asked me to call them which I have ! Liz answered the phone and right away gave me pointers! All though ice couldn’t help with my situation they always returned my calls or tried to help me ! Lots of companies do forget costumer service lately so I do appreciate ice for this!! I do recommend even if I have not done any work! Great service and very friendly!!!! Thank you ice

Nathan showed up and did a very thorough inspection of squirrel/pest entry points for our Markham home, including a full visual roof inspection. He explained everything prior to proceeding. Entry points on the roof were secured with sheet metal to block future intruders. Nathan also put a one way door where the squirrels were getting in. We haven’t heard the squirrels since and will be getting the entire perimeter of our home secured soon with ICE. Would highly recommend based on the diligent work so far!
