Called them for squirells in my attic. Four other companies came out first for estimates and not one of them could get out a ladder to go up and look! We have a three story house but isn't part of this job getting to the roof?! One company gave me a crazy estimate by looking from the sidewalk! Not Heritage. Professional service from the first day. Full inspection of all 4 sides of roof. The job was performed (an all day affair)neatly and professionally. I have recommended them to friends already.

Great service, reliable when it comes to making an appointment and showing up on time, staff is courteous, prices are fair. They were able to get rid of the squirrels that were wrecking havoc in my attic and also showed me where and how they were getting in. They even helped me repair it and I have not had a problem since. I highly recommend their services.

I own a condo and I recently discovered that I had a wasp problem in an un used bedroom. I contacted my association who sent out a popular named pest control company who did not seem to be able to address the problem. As a result, I decided to hire a company on my own and at the suggestion of my daughter in law; I went online in search of a pest control company who also specializes in bee/wasp etc. I chose Heritage based on the reviews on several social media sites. The technicians sent to my home arrived timely and prepared to get the job done; meaning ladders, flash lights, caulking chemicals and a host of tools. There was very little insect activity when the technicians arrived but they took sheathing down, inspected windows, gutter etc. and they did all that they could to secure the outside of my home so that wasps would not enter the inside of my home. I really thought that they did a great job and although they could not with certainty guarantee that the pest had been eliminated; so far, so good. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

My wife and I have been using Heritage Pest Control for approximately 5 years but we will never use them again! We were just notified that one of their technicians tested positive for Covid. We were also informed that he took the test Tuesday and they found out the results Wednesday. They waited until Saturday morning to tell me and my pregnant wife that one of them was positive. After a exchange between me and one of their employees, the employee's response was, "according to the state, we didn't have to tell you." So basically, we can never use them again based on their ethics.
