HORRIBLE! Greenleaf pest control is a horrible company! If you plan on hiring these people to fix your bed bug problem plan for two things: 1) Not to have it solved and 2) Have the number to a good lawyer handy! Do not risk having these people into your home.

Just a shout out to Green Leaf Pest control, we have been using them for many years, we have a large property that backs on to a farmers field so we tend to have a lot of "pests" From ants, wasps, fly's, mice and even a rat (yuk) Green Leaf Pest control has helped us out over the years with all of these things. They are quick, efficient, professional and very respectful of your property. While spraying for ants, they even thought to turn our dog's water bowl upside down as to not contaminate it. We even used them to spray for mosquito control before a large party we threw. We also called on them for my daughter's school housing to eradicate a cockroach and bed bug problem. I would highly recommend them for any of your pest control needs. They are the best. Thanks to Green Leaf Pest Control we are pest free.

We called GreenLeaf as we noticed a new hole near our foundation after having seen a rat in our back garden. We were told the hike was likely a rat hole. We opted for bait boxes to avoid having the rats move into our house for the winter. The boxes have been out for 2 weeks and there is no sign of rat activity. The technician that comes to our house is pleasant to work with.

So we have mice, probably descendants from the mouse in Mouse Trap. Bill came back a second time on the same day to try a second bait because he has only seen our issue once 8 years ago and is determined that we have a mouse free Christmas. They will come out again if needed and I recommend them highly.

Update to my first review and I am a very satisfied customer!! Thank you Green Leaf Pest Control! Starting with my call to your office I feel like the problem is being dealt with. Amanda who answered the phone made several good suggestions before the technician came out. During the first visit I asked a lot of questions and the technician Harpaul answered all of them. I am reassured when people are knowledgeable and Harpaul clearly is. In addition to setting traps, he made suggestions on how to fix vents and drains so that the rodents don't get in again. I choose the six week program which gave me a chance to meet Derek and Bill. Derek is another knowledgeable Green Leaf technician who took time on each visit to comment on what was working and to make adjustments in the traps to ensure the best coverage. Bill, the supervisor came out on the last visit. The staff at this company are consistent good at what they do and a pleasure to deal with. I would hire Green Leaf Pest Control again although I am hoping I don't need to!!

We had an unfortunate situation with rugs purchased from an established and well-respected company - a moth infestation. First time ever for us. I called Greenleaf and spoke to Daniel, who must have spent almost a half-hour on the phone with me, explaining, educating, and answering all my questions. At the end of the conversation, he even suggested I take time and think about things to see if I wanted to proceed with the service, which I did. On the day of service, the technician, Bill, was so personable and pleasant, courteous, on time, knowledgeable & reassuring. Greenleaf provides exceptional service; from this experience, I don't think I would ever use another pest control company and I would highly recommend them.

Came to do a wasp treatment as we have a lot flying around our backyard right now. Showed up RIGHT on time. Instead of just going ahead and doing the treatment Daniel took his time to assess our yard and then suggested we wait as the wasps were just forging instead of building nests. Nice to see a company who isn’t just looking for a client’s money, but looking to do what’s right for each client. Will definitely use again if needed!!

I have had a horrible experience with this company and their owner. There was a mutual misunderstanding over what service they were providing and what our money was paying for. I spoke with the owner of this company in order to sort out the problem and come to an understanding. Unfortunately, I was interrupted almost every time I tried to speak which led to even more confusion and irritation on both our sides. This, I can understand but where I was left completely appalled was when she continued to purposely speak over me, raise her voice at me, blame me and my husband for the miscommunication and then proceeded to make personal attacks at me claiming that I was a person that only wants to hear what I want to hear and I will only listen to someone if it means getting what I want. I am speechless that a professional of any sort, let a lone the owner would handle what could have been a simple misunderstanding in such a poor, immature, unprofessional and derogatory manner. Not at all what I would expect from any professional company regardless of what the problem is. What I will also add is that I called back to speak to someone else to resolve the issue and I ended up speaking with the owner again who resorted AGAIN to lecturing me and speaking over me about how poor a character I have and how poorly I behaved and how she is refusing to handle this issue any further. I did not get a word in edgewise. All I did was essentially call back to try and work this through and instead was personally run down all over again. Quite devastating. What I will say is that when the technician came to do the job (which was to trap some racoons) he was very polite and professional. Unfortunately the experience we have had with the administrative side of this company has overshadowed a job well done on his part.
