Fenn Termite and Pest Control is AWESOME. Brent (sorry if I got that wrong) was super nice and helpful on the phone, amazing customer service. He was able to get a technician out the day we needed them to remove a squirrel that was stuck in the exhaust vent of our stove. Enrique the technician was awesome, got there early, and got the squirrel out safely and saved our day. I highly recommend this company.

My experience with this company was not good. I tried to go in here and see some reviews that would have seemed like the issue I was dealing with. But I didn’t see anything. Makes me think things about these reviews. All I’m saying is. My issue was too long to type up. But my experience was completely dissatisfaction and disappointing. I would not hire them. The inspections was something I could have done.

We had multiple companies come out to do an inspection and get a quote for a fumigation. Fenn and most importantly Fidel the field supervisor who came out and did the inspection were amazing. Fidel answered all of my questions professionally and even helped guide us with the new woodwork repairs we are having done. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. We will be renting our house with Fenn. I will update after tenting as well.
