I was concerned about the safety of their product, so I called the general manager - he answered the telephone while he was in the field and took the time to give me peace of mind and plenty of reference material. Generally speaking, I'm not a huge fan of insecticides or pesticides, but the management at this company was willing to explain things thoroughly and openly. I felt like they were being extremely straightforward about their product safety. A++ would use to annihilate pests again

He was wonderful and so eager to help us with our financial situation. Katie is a pleasure to do business with over the phone and via email. They took over the account of my previous pest control company. He told me he would do the same as Riteway did it. Riteway was very thorough and sprayed around the trim throughout the house. Diam spot sprayed here and there. I have killed spiders and a few other bugs since they were here
