I spoke to a few pest control companies before I decided to use Castle Pest Control. Their customer service was superior and prices seemed most reasonable. I had been quoted by others 200 -400 to have a rodent inspection done at my home before a rodent issue was even determined. Technician Jonathan from Caslte came by, did a thorough inspection complete with a report and photos! I am pleased that it was determined that there was no mouse issues in our home and the cost was only 75.00 + taxes! I will not hesitate to recommend this company to my real estate clients for their honesty, punctuality and professionalism. They got my vote!

WE called Castle Pest Control because we'd been dealing with Poulins for a few years. Poulins came for our mouse problem. 3 weeks later the problem was worse. I called them and for another $100. they would come again. The other advice we were given was to wait until the spring. So we called Jonathan at Castle Pest Control. He came, did an extensive handling, said the poison Poulins had been using was a low grade one, and the mice would have to eat a lot of it before it would work. He was right, because he changed the poison and within a week,... no more mice. Not only that, but he came back for a second check a couple of weeks later, then another 3rd check scheduled for 3 weeks later just to insure all was well. Those were at no extra cost. Jonathan was also extremely professional, alert, willing to work and provide the very best service. He was not sluggish (as we've seen in the past with others) but very energetic and responsive. I would highly recommend Castle Pest Control and Jonathan.

When I first suspected my condo had bed bugs because of a few earlier cases in my building , I asked another owner in the building who they had used for their bed bug problem. They recommended Castle Pest Control so I called Castle Pest Control for an appointment. John came and did an inspection the next day. Less than 2 days after that he came in and did a heat treatment in my condo and that was on a long weekend. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and his understanding of how stressful having bed bugs can be. He did an excellent job and I have already recommended him to others who might need an exterminator. If you have need of an exterminator, you should definitely use Castle Pest Control.

Can’t say enough about Castle. Called them up because the last few years was all about the ants all over our patio. I tried and failed too many times. The tech (Joshua) came down and did an amazing job. He first took the time to walk the area and saw we had no visible ant hills. He then educated me on what these little &%#! are. Paver ants that build under the stones. After doing a thorough chemical treatment between the cracks and the perimeter of the deck and house, we have seen maybe 2 ants over the past few weeks. If Google allowed more than 5 stars, I’d be all over this. Thanks for an amazing start to our summer Castle!!!

We had an ant and wasp problem, the ants were all over the house and you couldn't get in the house without being swarmed and with 2 small kids it was crazy to have happening. Jon was able to find the source of the wasps and eliminate them quickly. As well stop the ants that kept invading our home. He was friendly and professional and did a great job.

Highly recommend! Was given a lot of helpful information and advice just over the phone prior to scheduling inspection. Many other places say they can't tell you over the phone and need to come out, so they can charge you. I felt they treated me the complete opposite and wanted to educate me before I made that decision, was not pressured at all. I received a prompt call back from Jonathan at Castle after calling him. We called Castle after hearing scampering noises in our attic. Jonathan came ASAP and to set traps and explain everything he was going to do. After about two weeks with weekly follow up inspections to check traps Jonathan, with great persistence, successfully trapped two squirrels. Jonathan did everything for the initial quote he gave us. 5 stars for sure. I work for a Social Services Agency and we have multiple independent living buildings where we house some of our more transient clients. Our company was originally with Poulins as one of our cluster buildings was infested with bed bugs as well as cockroaches. It took Poulins 2 years to eradicate the problem. Two of our other buildings (one infested with cockroaches, and one with bedbugs) were also being treated by Poulins for several months with no improvment. In September we decided to switch companies and try out Castle Pest Control and their services. Within a Few short months Castle Pest Control has completely gotten rid of our bed bug issue at one building, and the cockroach infestation at our other building is also down to a minimum now. Not only has Castle Pest Control been efficient when doing their work at our buildings, Jonathan and his staff are also very friendly, and super informative and quick to answer any questions staff may have. Castle always explains why they do things they way they do. They always have multiple options to choose from when dealing with certain infestations, they have discussed with us which products work best and why, explained how and why baiting is just as important as spraying when it comes to dealing with cockroaches, we have been heat treated for bed bugs as well - instead of just being sprayed which is probably why the issue has been eradicated quicker this time. Jonathan and his team have also helped greatly with some mice issues we’ve had in our buildings as well. Castle has also been super reasonable when it comes to pricing. I would definitely recommend Castle Pest Control for any rodent or bug infestations you may have.

We had a carpenter ant colony under our front step. They came and took care of the ants on the first visit. They also sprayed the perimeter of our house and yard to prevent the ants from coming back, and did an inspection around the yard for more satellite colonies, found them and eliminated them. They also gave us advice on what to do to prevent the ants from returning. Would definitely call again!

We had John from Castle Pest Control in for a general inspection. We did not have any imminent causes for concern, but like the idea of staying ahead of any issues that could arise down the road. Not only did we get a prompt (read: immediate) invoice/report, but said report was VERY thorough, including photographs and a detailed plan—areas to address immediately and areas that could pose a future concern. I am very pleased and intend to make this a regular part of our annual maintenance plan. Strongly suggest.

A few days later Ethan came out and explained how an infestation happens and what needs to be done. He placed all the bait stations and came back for his second visit and they were virtually gone. Fantastic. We had other larger pest companies pay visit, but they didnt seem to really try to learn about what was going on what we were experiencing. Castle was very up front with us initially about what to expect, and was very helpful in helping us prepare for the treatments. At every stage, their exterminator was talking us through what he was doing, and why, and explained clearly how success depended both on his work but also on our practices before, during, and following the treatements. Their hybrid method really worked for us, and the nightmare slowly transitioned into anxiety, and then finally into a restored sense of confidence, that we would get through it. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. Also, side note - I wish I had called this outfit right away. It was very helpful to be able to correspond quite casually with general questions. I wasted hours googling this to find a million answers on this and that, and I saved so many hours just by being able to tap Castle as a resource. So great.

I was believe Castle Pest Control is the responsible, reliable company when I pick it to kill the bed bug based on Google review. However, when I ask for retreatment because of bed bugs shows again 3 months later the treatment. I didn't get the service as promised Guaranteed bed bug removal but asking to pay another treatment because of 3 months Guaranteed time which is the first time I heard.
