Would not recommend this company at all, have signed up for service called scheduling twice and still no one comes back and we have a new home with bugs....

We love the service provided by Canady's! Mr. Fox, one of their technicians; is the best! He does his job in a timely manner and he always answer all our questions with a great attitude. We have been using this company for many years and we will continue to do so.
This company has been a headache since before I even bought my house. To my knowledge they are a local company many realtors and inspectors use to do the termite inspection but they are not reliable. They missed termites during my home inspection, which I don’t know how. There was a huge clear hole on the wall with track marks. They did not want to compensate me for the inspection they clearly failed or if I was to use a different company to take care of the termites. (I did not want to use them because they are not reliable). I decided to work with them and give them a chance to fix the problem. They exterminated the termites, and told me to schedule a reinspection after a month. The reinspection has been a headache, they give me 5 hour time slots in which I have to miss work for, and the supervisor doesn’t even show up or care to call to let me know he is behind schedule. When I rescheduled the same thing happened, and they wrote me as a no show. For all those buying property I would highly recommend to find out who the inspectors contract for termites. There are more reliable companies out there that will take care of you.

Unreliable so far. On Thursday 4/22, we met Laquan, and discussed the rodent problem. We ordered a quarterly pest control service, and they said they would be out on Monday 4/26 to put rodent poison in the crawlspace.. Monday comes, and Anthony shows up and sprays for bugs. Didn't bring anything for rodents, saying "nobody told him anything about rodents." I figure, it's not a big deal, they can just fix the mistake and go get the rodent pellets." Nope. No one is available until the next day. We'll see if they show up. We have something dead in the HVAC vents and it can''t be cleaned until we're sure the rodents are gone. We've been living with this stench for 2 weeks, and just when we thought we were making progress, we have to wait another 24 hours bc Canady's can't get a simple order straight.

I cannot say enough good things about the service we get from Canady's of Lumber Bridge. We have been using them for about 5 years after we discovered a termite infestation in our 110 year old farmhouse we just purchased. They came right out, treated the problem and we thought we had them all but about a year or so later we found more, and again they came right out to help and not a problem since. We get regular treatments and also get treated for "normal" insects that are common in the country and are extremely happy. Our Technician Mr Ellis is THE BEST and you cant find a more.professional and friendly person to deal with. We highly recommend Canady's of Lumber River.
Well I was looking forward to supporting a local business, but that never happened. I scheduled an appointment for Monday between 9:30-11:30 (as recommended by scheduling department) for quote and spray... got a quote, but no spray due to time ...so we scheduled it for Tuesday between 11:00-1:00. I patiently waited but nobody showed up. I called at 1:05 asking if anyone was showing up and left a detailed message hoping to give the company another chance to reschedule. I never received a call back. I have motion sensor cameras which would have picked up if anyone came to my door at another time. SUMMARY... technician no-showed, never received a call back to reschedule, nobody showed up the next 2 days. SOLUTION... found another reliable company.
I've been using Canady's for about a year. I switched from my previous pest company due to their termite policy. I liked Canady's process better and it was more affordable. I would say that Canady's is good if you don't have any issues. Sort of like a fair weather friend. But I did have issues. They could never seem to keep the fire ants under control. I wound up with a TON of smaller ants in my house (and they bit!) and when I called them to come out, they had no availability for over a week. Meanwhile, I've got ants climbing on my sofa, biting my family. I asked if they had any recommendations for what I could do in the meantime, some sort of product I could pick up from Lowe's or something and they said they couldn't help me. To me, a company that isn't available to help in some capacity - even if just to offer advice - is a waste of money. Most companies reserve a few appointment times so that they can fit clients in in case of an issue. I'm horribly disappointed. I was with my previous company for five years and they ALWAYS had someone out within 24 hours if I had an issue. Given the fire ant issues, the current ant situation that they can’t help me with and the fact that I asked to speak with a manager and no one ever called me back, I’m canceling my pest service with them and only keeping the termite coverage. I'm going to have to go spend the money to purchase products to take care of this issue on my own anyway which renders Canady's useless. Canady's is one of the least expensive companies in the area but guess what? You get what you pay for. I should've known better.

I have worked with Canady's for years personally and in my business. From the office staff to the technicians I recommend them for all of your pest control needs.
I called today to schedule an appointment at the Lumber Bridge office for a rental unit that I have, if I could give a lower rating than a one, I would because the receptionist had a very nasty attitude, very rude and continuously cut me off, first of all, if you don’t like your job, move on, please don’t take it out on others, I was trying to schedule an appointment and I ended up hanging up cause her rudeness was causing me to have heart palpitations.
I started with this company under the previous management/owners and they were EXCELLENT and very customer service oriented; however, since the new management took over, the front desk girl or girls have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR PHONE ETTIQUE whatsoever. Just today, 10/29/21 I called to pay my balance and also talk about a service that I never authorized and as I was getting ready to tell her I wanted to pay my balance, she hangs up the phone. I called back and asked why did she hang up on me and she pretended like nothing had happened, then she pretended to "put me on hold" and said LOUDLY so I can hear, "why do people gotta be so rude!" This is just too much and I have no time to deal with unprofessionalism like this woman. The technicians, though, are very customer service oriented and nice every time they come out to my house but I am unfortunately not going to use this company again.
We have been a customer for 5 years and have always been so pleased with the level of customer service, promptness and politeness. We have not had any issues with either of our homes they have treated and cant say enough nice things about them

UPDATE: I have updated my previous review from a 1 start to a 3 star, after having all of my services completed. I still had to constantly call the company to get all my questions answered as the techs aren’t the most communicative they just show up do a job and then ask you to sign without explaining what they are doing at all. However, they did show up and get the job done. I think their main issue is just communication within the company but overall they do a good job. Rating could change, but they haven’t really proved themselves as that valuable yet. Communication is obviously their worst attribute.The first time I called and they set up an appt for someone to come out and talk to us about an estimate and rates since this is our first time owning a home and they were a no call no show and when I called back apparently I was never on the schedule and made several excuses about how that just happens sometimes so they set me up for another appt for estimates. The gentlemen that came out was very polite and knowledgeable but only gave us information and rates on the contract for the crawl space which was thousands of dollars I might add. I said okay well my name is spelled wrong on this contract and you haven’t given me any information about the pest control prices on the contract we are looking at that he just set up an appt for. He said oh well they will email you the prices, and that’s just how they had the name in the computer. It’s been a full week and I still haven’t been contacted for the second time in a row. Name is still incorrect, never asked for my email, and they still haven’t contacted me about this appt that they are supposedly going to show up for next week where I am supposed to dish out thousands of dollars for a crawl space, and pest control contract. I own my own business so I take scheduling and pricing very seriously. When you want someone to spend a ton of money on your business maybe make sure you actually communicate with them and explain what they are paying for.

Canady took over our pest service from another company in January. Have used their services twice. Technicians were good, however, office doesn't respond to phone calls or emails. When I finally got up with them today, got a completely different response to my request for an appointment than I expected. Will use another company from now on.

We had our apartment exterminated a month ago. The roaches have never gone away. There are not as many but we still have them. I would not recommend Canada's whatsoever.

I can understand that even after treatment, termites can happen to a home. My wife has been overly patient dealing with this company and my patience is gone. It has been MONTHS that my daughter can't even be in her room. It's now Christmas and she has to share the living room with my father who is visiting. The repairman they sent out never returned. Her bedroom has been emptied and ready for repairs all this time. One last edit: I'm not giving this company any more chances. We will see them in court.
