Picture this, You’ve just woken up from a fantastic evening of rest and just walked down stairs to make your morning cup of coffee when you’re greeted by a new friend who is diligently making a cup of coffee for you. His name is Bill and he’s a wood spider the size of a large cat. He is friendly and prefers his coffee with 2 spoons of sugar and no cream. Now you’re not as friendly with Bill the spider as he is with you so you need him evicted. There’s only one person to call, Robert with Bug Busters. Not only are you gonna get great service but you may learn to shoot a combo as well. Thanks for the great service!

His Crew does a fantastic job with following up on every inspection/service and letting me know what is needed moving forward if anything. I also participate in their mosquito treatment which significantly cut down /almost completely eliminated mosquito bites in our back yard and front yard for the entire duration of the summer/early fall. The Residences of Westoverhills where I reside uses this company. I have been here since 2014 and never had any problems with roaches until now. I realize that our complex use this pest control company. They claim to due weakly pest control maintenace every Thursday. However, about a month ago ROACHES started coming out of the wood works after one year in this apartment I transfered too. I was able to take off from work to see what this company do. The only thing the man did was spray around the bottom of the kitchen baseboards and behind the refrigerator. I actually asked him is that all. He said yes but I will get the bathroom. He did the same thing. I was drilling him and asking him questions throughout the whole process and tryna get details on a good professional maintenance kit for self use. The only thing he could really tell me is that to leave it to the professionals. When he left my unit I left and got boric acid, roach gel, and Raid. The very evrning there was roaches crawling on my walls..I saw no dead roaches what ever they are doing is not effective. I went to my rental office with this information and they try to act like thry are so concerned when they are FAKE. I REALLY THOUGHT I could trust Nikki but this lady simply lied to my face and concerns on the client portal. They was aware of this concern for a very long time and even before I brought this to their attention. But, most importantly this BB company services for our complex is not effective...IT DOES NOTHING..we are waiting for a clean out tomorrow..waiting to see how that goes. I did pre self extermination which has seem to do very well over the past week after the professionals came in. However, I am waiting to see how this "clean out" goes before I change my ratings because just the walk in spray they did was no good. I am back to say the clean out took place. We were able to enter the unit after 4 hours to clean any dead roaches. I could not find any anywhere so I was a little concern. I said I waould wipe down things and just not return any of my things to the kitchen and bathroom until I could see something. The very next day I saw a roach on the wall and three baby roaches coming from the kitchen into the hall on the wall. The next day low and behold a pregnat roach on my bedroom wall. I just don't know what is happening. I started going crazy using my own treatment although this company suggest i don't use any but leave it to tge professionals. Do they not understand that whatever they are doing is not working. The roaches are not dying they are immune to whatever is being done by this company. Where are these things coming from. I know longer keep a trash can in my home nor trash. I have nothing in my kitchen or bathroom since this cleanout and they still are coming from somewhere. This is crazy. I went from a bug free home to roaches just appearing out of nowhere. I have reported this back to the rental office. She says this company is supposed to be back out this Friday for a follow up. Im not sure what to do.

Rude, disrespectful employees. They showed up at my house on three different occasions when there was no appointment scheduled. They were either a day early or a day later every single time. When I tried to tell them that, one of the "technicians" started arguing with me and was extremely disrespectful. The third time they did it I had to show them paperwork for a scheduled appointment with a locksmith and explain there was no way I would have a locksmith coming to my home on the same day as pest control because of the heat treatment. One of the men was quiet; the other kept yelling at me UNTIL I took my phone out and started recording his behavior. Then he put his hand over his face and got quiet. It's amazing how recording someone helps them find their manners FAST! I would never recommend Bug Busters to anyone. I must say though that the owner was polite. He just hires rude people with zero professionalism. And BTW, the name in my email address is my maiden name, not my married name. And you won't find my name in your records because the treatment was paid for by my apartment complex. Try looking up The Flats at Hunter Park.

I am writing this review so that no other family gets used by Bug Busters or taken advantage of. Please pass this along so others know that Bug Busters uses toxic chemicals on your plants yet will tell you it is safe. They will scare you into using their services, please don’t buy into their scare tactics! They will lie to get you money! Here is what happen to my family. Niban was used all around my house. Sprinkled in my garden, veggie and herb. I found out the active ingredient for Niban is orthoboric acid. What I found out from the Natural Pesticide Information Center: Boric acid toxicity ranges from minor to serious. Minor toxicity usually results in skin and eye irritation. More serious toxicity can result in symptoms such as respiratory problems, muscle weakness, and headaches. In cases of extreme toxicity, boric acid can lead to kidney failure in people. Boric acid can halt the growth of plants. Boric acid can be taken up from the soil by plants. It moves through plants into their leaves. Knowing this information on Niban active ingredient being toxic and being able to go into my herbs, I did not want to take the chance of getting poisoned. Also the fact that none of my plants grew told me that Niban had been absorbed into my plants making them poisonous. Bug Busters withdrew $49.15 from my bank account before paperwork pull date. I called and was told a refund would be issued. No refund was ever issued by Bug Busters. About a week later another $49.15 was withdrawn from my account and $99. I spoke with the manager John and we were able to come to an agreement that all three charges would be refunded. 10 business days later only the $99 was removed from my account. I than filed a complaint with the BBB. Bug Busters refunded one transaction of $49.15. I called Bug Busters again to ask why the original $49.15 was still not refunded and they told me it was on the bank. I contacted the bank they had no pending transactions on our account. I finally had to file a claim with the bank to get our money back. I told Bug Busters I no longer wished to use their services since they could not fix a simple issue. They than sent me an invoice for service and a tech three days later. I refused service from the tech and called Bug Busters again stating they needed to cancel my services. When I spoke to Jordan for the last time I let him know that his company was screwing over a military family and that BBB does take this into account when claims are filed, he laughed as if this was a funny situation. I have not heard back since then. Please share and pass this information along. I do not want any other family having to jump thru hoops to get a refund from this horrible company.

Fabulous experience with this company. We moved into a house that had American, Smokey Brown, and Oriental roaches. We moved in around March 1, 2017 and immediately started treatment with Orkin in Midlothian, by July 2017 the problem was not getting any better and was actually getting worse. The week we called Bug Busters we saw 7 or 8 roaches in our house in various stages of lifecycle (alive and dead). It has been over a month since the initial treatment with Bug Busters and in the first 2 weeks we saw 2 dead roaches and nothing else for the last 2 weeks. I have been extemely pleased with this company. Thank you.

The only reason I won’t give them 5 stars is because the military moved me a month before my contract ends. Most places will allow you out of a contract when you are on military orders. Bug Busters was great to work with, despite a hiccup. Their inspection was quick and thorough and their price was in line with other quotes we had received. The first treatment turned out not to be sufficient to take care of the infestation. The company came out three more times for followups with chemicals before finally doing another, much more thorough heat treatment which eradicated the problem. The thing that was so great is that the company never gave us push back or tried to wriggle out of their agreement; they said the bed bugs would be gone and they worked until that was the case.
