It works and they are SO NICE! I've been a customer of Budget Pest Control for almost 5 years. When we first called them we had moved into a new home and it was literally DRIPPING with earwigs. It was so bad we regretted buying the home. When budget came out and sprayed, each time they sprayed the onslaught of earwigs (that always would die after setting foot in the spray). Soon there were hardly any earwigs. Now for me to see a bug or spider in my house (most get killed before they come in) is a shock. It really works if you keep spraying. Finally, Laura or Pat are so responsive and call back within 2-4 hours always. The crew of sprayers they send out feel like family. I don't know where they found the nicest workers on the planet, but they did. They also come back and spray again if you have any concerns between regular spraying. They are AWESOME!

I called Budget Pest Control based on their good reviews and I was very pleased with the service I received. Pat answered the phone, was very helpful and it was obvious that she knew what she was talking about. I was surprised that they were even available for same day service! I had a large yellowjacket nest behind a hole in the siding and they were getting in my basement office. Since they were coming I decided to get the treatment for spiders and other pests also. Corey came over and he was very polite, had on a mask and shoe covers. He knew how to do his job very well and did a thorough job. I recommend this company based on the prompt, professional service I received.

This is the first time I have used this company, and I was very impressed. The technician showed up right on time, and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was not intrusive, but he was thorough, and he gave me a good explanation of the problem, and explained the warranty details in case we continue to have issues. I liked the level of professionalism, experience, and I felt like they are reasonably priced. We will definitely continue to use this company, and recommend them for any type of bug problems.

When we moved into our new house and found roaches in the kitchen the first night there at 3am, I freaked. Unfortunately, I chose a different pest control company. Boy do I wish I had called these guys first! I would have saved myself a big headache. The national chain techs were always in a hurry and never bothered to explain anything to me, nor were they as thorough. I finally called Budget Pest Control after they were recommended by a friend. Lesson learned. These guys were super helpful in explaining the process of helping with our cockroach problem, top notch. If I ever have any issues in the future, I'll be sure to call these guys!

Horrible customer service!!! I called to get a quote for a rental property. The lady asks me a question and as I begin to answer she interrupts and says, "Do you see them during the day or at night" As I begin to explain myself AGAIN she rudely interrupts me (for the 2nd time) mid sentence and says "Do you see them during the day or at night". She must get the same calls over and over again, all day long, because she's so programmed to LOOK/LISTEN for key words. Sorry lady you can't treat all of your calls the same! Good rule of thumb, treat everyone you speak to like you have never herd the question before, its just good customer service and basic phone etiquette. You have lost a potential customer. I'll make sure to let everyone I know ....DO NOT to hire BUDGET PEST CONTROL.

We have been using Budget Pest for YEARS! They have helped with quarterly bug control, as well as seasonal vole problems. Ron typically services our home, and he is great! He is prompt (almost always here at the beginning of our time window), thorough, and very patient with my kids. He has even taken the time to show them pictures of "cool" bugs on his phone. Budget Pest is affordable, and they come back out at no additional cost if we have a problem between services. I highly recommend them!

I have been using Budget Pest Control in my rental properties for probably about 20 years now, and I love this company! Laura and Pat run the office, and they are always extremely helpful when I call. They get a technician out to the property in a timely manner, and give me a follow-up call if needed. But the best part of this company is that they don't try and convince you that you need their services on a monthly basis for the rest of your life like many other extermination companies do. They do the initial service for a reasonable price, then call you in 30 days to ask if you'd like a follow-up service for a lower price than the original service. On most occasions the follow-up is unnecessary, because the issue has been solved with just one service. I highly recommend this company!

I called about residential wasp removal. Minor job. Small nest on our fascia on the 2nd story of our home. She told me that availability would be 3 days out, that was good for us as well, provided me pricing, and that was ok for me as well. But followed back up by telling me to shop around, and call somewhere else. I was confused, date was good, $ was good, but then told me to call around elsewhere for other companies. Seemed like a easy done deal. Weird.
