Incredible work. We used them for pests both inside and outside the house. Ray was very knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. He was extremely responsive (coming on the weekend) and always responsive to calls. They take pictures of all the work and explain in detail what they did. They also give you access to your client portal which has all your records (and pictures) stored for later review. To be sure, I cannot imagine a better experience with a professional when dealing with a stressful problem such as rodents and raccoons. We were so impressed we have already recommended them to friends and will call Ray if we ever have another problem.

Today we had absolutely amazing service from Ray. Although we called last minute, he still made time for us! He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to get 6 baby racoons out of our attic and fenced it up all within 2 hours. Will definitely be giving him a call in the future for any needs. Thanks Ray!!!!

Two guys came to install steel wire gauges to prevent birds going in and out through a hole they created near the roof, 2.5 stories high. Did exactly what needed to be done. Very professional, great communication, friendly.

Our experience with Brilliex was amazing. They removed 6 baby raccoons from our attic and sealed off our roof to future proof the house. They were very professional and knowledgable. Ray and his partner came to our home when we found out we had a possom in our garage. They came to our uome within the hour provided us, captured the rodent and provided my family with education about what possibly happened and ways to prevent it from happening again. Excellent service! We used Brilliex on a neighbor's recommendation, after a skunk snuck into our garage. Sam was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained to us what he’s about to do, warned us on the skunk’s escape routes and its potential spray. He quick got down to work and got the little trouble-maker out safely and efficiently, with no spray (Thank goodness)! Sam then went above and beyond to explain to us the habitual behaviors of the animal, and what we can do in the future for prevention. Thank you Sam and Brilliex! Highly recommended!
