I have been using Apex for over 20 years for the termite bond and quarterly pest control for my 2 homes. They are professional, very responsive, timely, and thorough. I am home when the termite inspection is performed, and the inspector does not miss an inch. What is also appreciated is that I have had the same inspector year after year so he is familiar with 2 spots of water damage that I had on my doors that I had not repaired. I finally had that repair done, and he noticed since he is so familiar with my house.

We have a persistent outside ant problem. I'm convinced there's an underground hive the size of our entire block because nothing keeps them away for long (insidious little buggers - ar ar) however Apex does keep them in check and as noted by other reviewers, the Customer Service is outstanding. If we call for a treatment, they're at the house in almost no time. Recently, our Friendly Apex Tech showed up for an outside treatment and I wasn't in the best of moods. In fact I kind of barked at him for showing up early. He didn't even flinch and never dropped his smile. He quietly went about his business and did the best job we've seen yet. He cleared off all of the wasp nests, sprayed for pests and (get this) he even cleaned up a greasy watery mess under our BBQ smoker. Before I knew it, he was gone. Impressive. Most impressive.

Chad came out to do a termite treatment before my pool deck was poured. He was extremely helpful. He explained everything he would be doing, the chemical he was applying and why it was necessary. He gave me information regarding other pest treatments provided by the company and even went beyond that to give me tips on maintaining my lawn to ensure it stays green and weed free. Our first tech, Barry, actually became a friend. After 15 years or so of taking care of home, health issues forced him to retire but the next man up filled in adequately. Prompt and Professional service , I was kept updated on the Pest Control Technician appointment with me. Take your money elsewhere. The 30 day guarantee is not honored. I tried telling them that I still found flees outside of my house after 2 weeks and was met with reluctance. I called again and was told a few times that either they came out already (UNTRUE) or that they would call me back.m, also untrue. I call it a loss in my part but wanted to leave a review to warn others. Besides that the people seem nice and weren’t rude. If you’re willing to waste money to talk to nice people...by all means.

Every year Santiago comes to inspect for termites. He is very personable and helpful. After having a conversation with him about our lawn, we decided to have Apex treat our lawn. I can't imagine using any other pest control service than Apex. We had "ghost ants" that I tried to treat on my own but couldn't control them. No matter what I did or how often I sprayed, thy kept coming back. A friend recommended Apex who came out and treated the outside and inside of my home. They then set me up with a quarterly program. The result - NO ANTS! Beyond that, Apex sends the same technician out every time so he gets to know our specific situation. Our tech Jacob is not only very knowledgeable, but also super friendly and always available to come out between quarterly treatments if needed. It only happened once when gnats came up the vanity drain pipes, and Jacob and he was here the very next day.
