All American Pest control has helped solve my pesky pest problems as they have come up. When I first moved in I tried effortlessly to get rid of my ants. Finally I broke down and found this company and best decision I made. They worked through my issues with care and patience and gave me my options and deals going on. They also helped fix my flea problem after some feral cats had kittens in my crawl space I was infested deep in fleas. They brought the big guns and eliminated them all. Good people here specially Tim the guy whose been servicing my home. Very kind and has been able to answer all of my questions i've thrown at him.

I recently called them for an outbreak of some unknown small bug and they responded promptly, collected a dead bug for identification, and treated the area. This was an "extra" call (they routinely service my business quarterly) and I received no charge.

I've had a great experience with All-American Pest Control. As a new home owner, this was something new for me but also something I wanted to get right. That said, I feel like I scored in finding All-American, because the first pest control agency I went with didn't work out so well. As far as what's been great with AAPC, their customer service side was solid from the beginning. They were very helpful when I didn't know what package I was looking for, and I also felt like they explained everything clearly so I could make educated decisions. Where they shine though for me is in their techs (the guys that come and actually do the pest control work). I don't know if I just lucked out or if they're all like this, but the guy that does our servicing is just really good at what he does. He's professional, courteous, super knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain what he's doing as well as answer any questions. Each time he comes around it's just a consistently great interaction. As a whole, they really make me feel like someone knows the state of my pest situation and is staying on top of it for me. For new a homeowner like myself, that's a big win.

Super professional, came right when they said they would be here, quick, easy, thorough, and they even waived the initial fee for me which was my barrier to entry. Jim knew his stuff, I described a specific bug to him and he knew right what it was and how to find the nest to truly take care of the source of the problem. I feel relieved knowing I can enjoy my backyard now with the kids and the dogs! Also loved that when they took care of the yard, it was only about 20-30 minutes until I could let my dogs out again, usually it’s several hours or even a full day. Super happy!

All American did my initial inspection and I contacted them thereafter for the first treatment. My reason for needing pest control was for spiders and evidence of mice in my attic. The rep was very professional and thorough in treatment process and what to expect as a follow up. I agreed to their pest control with misting this covered spraying inside around baseboards, putting mice traps in my attic and misting the outside perimeter of my home to include my patio. An extensive treatment. I was very pleased with the professionalism and service I received.

Being new to Nashville and not being a fan of bugs but also being pretty horrified of spiders, they’ve always answered all of my questions and given me honest feed back. They’ve never made me feel silly for being nervous about the types of spiders here that I’m NOT used to. If ever we have an issue the scheduling has always been easy and they take great care. I could not figure out how to remove her name, so I will proceed accordingly. Also, my computer mouse was broken; therefore, I could not complete your review until I purchased another mouse. I am sorry for the lapse in time to complete it. Mr. Jonathan Lima was the one who serviced my home. He was thorough, and most of all patient with me. That Tuesday, February 11, 2020, I was bombarded with robo calls threatening my arrest, another one stating Microsoft would shut down my computer if I did not pay a particular sum of money. So, by the time Mr. Lima called to say he was on his way to my house, I was livid. I didn't even give him time to talk; I stated, "PUT ME ON YOUR DO NOT CALL LIST, CEASE AND DESIST ALL CALLS", and immediately hung up on him. Although I did not recognize his personal cell number, I then remembered All American Pest Control Company was supposed to be coming that morning. So, I decided if the same number popped up, I would answer it, just in case it was your company calling. Lord and behold, the same number popped up, and Mr. Lima started talking, real fast, so I would not hang up on him. Needless to say, it was both comical, and most embarrassing at the same time. I was very apologetic in which he accepted, while we both were laughing. He was so professional and mannerable, and as I stated above, thorough and most patient with me. KUDOS to this employee!

When I asked the reason for the large raise the guys glib reply was "We don't want to do single visits anymore." We have been absolutely thrilled with All-American Pest Control after having some not so stellar experiences with two other local companies. All-American is always friendly and helpful when I call the office as well as accommodating with my schedule. The two techs that have come out have been fantastic! Both gentlemen were professional, friendly, and very well informed. With a baby, I was happy to hear about a "green" option for our ant problem. The last tech to come out was an absolutely lovely young man named Larson. He was tremendously courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. As a stay at home mom, it can sometimes be awkward having service people come out when it's just me and my daughter but I was completely comfortable with Larson and the other tech who came out. Their staff is great! This is a fantastic company and I highly recommend them! They are effective and budget friendly!

Overview: Knowledgeable, thorough, very kind/nice, and affordable. We received a 60 minute window for the visit. Morning of, David notified us he would be there in 15-20 minutes. Love the heads up! Upon arrival, David gave rundown on what he is there to do but then also asked me for an explanation on what we were experiencing/seeing. From here, he asked very thorough questions and gave even more thorough answers - guy knew his stuff. For those who are concerned about COVID, he also practiced CDC guidelines very well. Mask, 6 feet and verbal agreements vs. hand signing documents. After his services, he gave me another very thorough rundown on what he saw and what to expect moving forward. Again - he knew his stuff and was very knowledgeable! I would suggest this group to anyone experiencing issues around pests. They’re not fun to deal with and he made the experience easy going while giving me confidence that his services will take care of issue at hand. Time will tell on effectiveness but I personally believe they will get the job done. 10/10!!!

I first got their service around December of 2017 for flea and ant problems.The tech came out on time and took care of my flea problem and set stuff up for the ants.The tech was courteous and knowledgeable from what I could tell.The fleas went away almost instantly but I still had ant problems.I was paying a monthly fee for quarterly service.I had to call tech out multiple times between quarters because of ant problems still going on. It’s been about five months and the ant problem is still there.I’d say around the same amount if not worse.Idk if i’m just living on a huge ant mound or if this is normal.But I decided to cancel my monthly fee membership because I wasn’t seeing any results.I was told they would cancel my monthly draft and forward my situation to a supervisor to call me to see if anything could be done with the issue I was having.It’s been five days and I haven’t heard anything back.I wasted around 200 dollars drafted in monthly fees and my problem with the ants still isn’t fixed.I wouldn’t recommend this company if you’re having a crazy ant problem.For fleas I would.
