Had a very positive experience with Admiral Pest Control. I was referred to them after a previous company I was doing business with had very poor follow up and then blamed it on me. I had the pleasure of working with Daniel. He was very nice and responsive to my questions and quick to update me regarding the process. I had my new house fumigated and damage repaired. Prices reasonable. They even spoke with my new neighbors to get consent to tent an area on shared property. The rest of the staff that assisted was very nice as well. We were able to get the job done quickly without any hiccups. They were able to work with me even though I live far from the property. I would highly suggest Admiral Pest Control!

Not bad, but not great. They are affordable, but now they want to charge your account automatically. Personally, I don't like that. The quality of the work needs to improve. They weren't doing the spider webs or the wasps. The exterminators were always nice. Some are better in the quality of work than others. Also, the office staff don't give you a time window, so you don't know an approximate time unless you call them on the day of service. Some of the office staff can be rude. I won't go into details on that. Their policies have changed to come only every three months instead of every other month plus you got that automatic account deductions and paying a little bit more than before. I decided to move on.

Another review on here with the same issue. Richard used to spray our property and did a great job. He used to call when on his way. Apparently he no longer works there. Now no one calls and they just schedule the spraying to their convenience. I finally get a call today and I believe it was Jasmin that I spoke to. I had some questions and concerns and right away she got offended and cut me off. I asked her to let me finish. I’m the customer. And she says, “you don’t have to be rude”! I wasn’t being rude I was merely voicing to let me finish without getting cut off. I hung up on her. She also stated that they had notes of the times they called. That is such a lie. I called back and canceled the service. I shopped around and got a better company with better prices. A company with office staff that lies is not worth spending my money on. How could you trust them when they lie?

We have been using this service for over 20 years, and the guys that come out to do our service is excellent. But the office staff sucks or are just lazy, we have asked to be called a day in advance of them coming to our property because we are a locked condo complex and there are areas that we would have to give them access too, so just showing up does not work for us. The one time they just showed up they only sprayed the front grass and signed off that the job was completed, we never knew they had been there. So after that and even before that we have always requested a call, every three months the same thing happens NO CALL and today was no different, the people in the office promise a call next time and it never happens then we have to reschedule for the following weekend. I will start looking for a new company that the office staff can get the job done right, because for sure this office staff must not know how to use a phone for out going customer calls.

We have used your pest control service at our home in Huntington Beach for at least 30+ years. As such, we have had the pleasure of working with many of your field workers. Last Thursday, November 4, 2021, Carlos Reynaga came out to do our quarterly service and stated that he would be our regular Admiral representative. When he asked if we had anything in particular that we wanted him to address, we mentioned the numerous bee sightings we had during the past months. Immediately Carlos saw that the source of our bee problems appeared to be a hive secreted in our roof where the second floor joined the first floor. After providing us with a brief education about the bee culture, he outlined the measures he intended to employ to rid us of our problem. Once geared up in his anti-bee stinging outfit he climbed onto our roof and began to spray two different types of chemicals. We were pleased to see the automatic impact his efforts had on the problem. Unfortunately for us two days later we noticed a resurgence of the bees at the same location. We called the Admiral office to report the new problem and without hesitation, Carlos returned to our home on Monday morning. After a brief discussion about the positive aspects of the chemicals and the need to give them time to work, Carlos willingly volunteered to apply a second dose of chemicals in the same area. To further prevent the bees from reentering the area, he plugged up the opening with some steel wool. To say the least we are very pleased with his service and willingness to reassure us that he would be our side until we were totally satisfied that the bee problem had been resolved. Carlos is an excellent representative for your company and we are pleased to have him as our regular guy.

I like that someone calls me to schedule my next appt and that's its exactly every other month, never over never less. I get exterior sprays every other month and last service I forgot to leave my backyard door open but the company told me that I can just call and schedule for the backyard to be done free of charge, as its included in my service plan. The price he gave us was much more reasonable than the quote we had received from another company. The installers who did the work also were very professional and we felt they did a good job. And the insulation is energy star rated so that makes us feel like we have chosen a good product that will help us save energy, too.

Have been very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of their technicians. This year's inspection was done by Alden. He was conscientious and through in his inspection. i was told "f... you, your a renter" when they put a board with a knot in it on the front of the house after i told them it was defective.(just in case you dont know why that is a problem there is now a hole in the board) this was some year back. Complaints were made but nothing was done. If you rent and you feel like being treated less than human, this is the pest control for you.
