Unprecedented customer service from the first phone call, through the initial inspection and treatment! Everyone I spoke to and interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The technicians wore masks while inside the house due to COVID and removed their shoes before entering. Mike came out to do the initial treatment and he did a very thorough job, explaining everything as he went. Was so relieved to see him pull up, - he did excellent work with instant, visible results! An extra, unexpected expense for sure, but well worth the peace of mind!

Accel is the best pest and termite company. They’re very professional. They do a very thorough job. Our crawl space is a tight squeeze getting in but our technician goes to the far reaches under our house. We have the quarterly service. We noticed ground wasps last summer between visits. No problem, they came right over. We usually have the same tech and I’m sorry that I don’t remember his name. He’s so friendly without being obtrusive. I highly recommend Accel.

When he service’s my dehumidifier for $98 , changes filters and renews my warranty for another year I feel like that is a good value. He only came to check our traps, but when I explained our issue with ants and spiders he took the extra time to treat inside and outside for me while he was here. I really wish before putting bait stations out they would have suggested having rodent entry areas of the home where they are getting in sealed up. I would have paid anything to have solved this problem and not deal with the horrific smell of dead rats in my wall while hosting Christmas this year. Absolutely choking horrible smell.

Very professional and forth coming. We bought our first house and Accel was able to find the termites that the hired inspector & other bug company didn't find after we were swarmed twice. We had a contract with another company that transferred over when we bought the house but we voided that right away and have been been working with Accel ever since. We get mosquito treatments now and you can really tell a difference, we were never able to go outside because we would be eaten alive, but now we can finally enjoy our yard.

I am overwhelmingly impressed with Accel. I called their company for a termite issue in my garage and Matt came out to inspect the area. He was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and took his time explaining to make sure I understood everything. I booked service with Accel to treat the termites as well as ongoing pest control. Yesterday, Brandon came out to handle the service. He was also incredibly friendly and personable, and answered all the questions I had. He initially disagreed with Matt’s assessment and called him back out to confirm a few details. This showed me that they both believe in the quality of their work and want to ensure I am getting the right service. After checking things out again, they moved forward with the planned service - and Matt jumped in (in his dress pants and polo) to get things knocked out on time with Brandon. I can’t speak highly enough of both of these gentlemen and this company. Unlike others I received quotes from, they don’t have all the “if’s, and’s, or but’s” with their service. If you have a problem, they address it. I’m a happy customer so far and look forward to seeing the results of their work for many years to come!

I first called this company for attic rats about 2 weeks ago and have not been very pleased with the service so far. I found them due to good reviews on google and I don’t know why they rate so well. The initial inspector took maybe 5 mins tops looking for ways rats are getting in, I can’t imagine his inspection was very thorough in that time. I pointed out a hole to him that I have seen them use that he didn’t notice and I have now had 2 techs to my house and they still have not sealed it. After the first one came and I noticed he didn’t seal it I called and was assured the second tech would and he has come and gone and not only didn’t seal it, he also put his foot through my ceiling when he was in the attic. Granted this was yesterday, but I still have not received a call to schedule a time to fix it for me. I guess I have to call them but you would think when a company damages your property they would want to promptly make it right. As if all that wasn’t enough I was also double charged (which was fixed when I called) and a tech just showed up one Saturday when I was unaware he was coming, they don’t call to say they’re on their way they just show up. I didn’t even know I had an appointment that day, I was told my appointment was for Thursday. Maybe in future I can give them more stars but so far it’s not going great. Edit: within about 20 minutes of posting this review, the operations manager contacted me to apologize and attempt to get everything straight. The service manager came out to my house the same day. Since then everything has been remedied promptly and I am happy with the service. For that reason I changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars. I still left off 1 star because all those things happened in the first place but I was impressed with how quickly they made it right.

JT is great! As part of a quarterly spray and prevention, he ensures no pests come into the house. Since Accel sends the same technician every visit, JT knows where the wasps and other creepy crawlies hang out so he can target any area where they may build nests or try to enter the house. I have been using the services of Accel for a number of years and I am always impressed with the level of professionalism exhibited by the staff. They are always courteous and respectful when they arrive for a treatment. I am on a quarterly treatment schedule and there is no contract. A representative contacts me several days prior to the scheduled treatment and if I need to change the appointment is is never a problem. A major part of their service is a no-cost return treatment if a problem occurs after the scheduled treatment.

Accel was rated highly on Google reviews and I don't know why. Scheduling is frustrating, but they do have some weekends. My husband was unimpressed by their overall lack of really caring. We had an issue with a rental in another State or area (6 or 7 years ago) and the pest control service we found, was knowledgeable, customer friendly and really explained what was going on. They found where the mice were coming in and not just checked the traps. I feel like Accel was more like sign up for our service and ok find w you find where the rodents are coming in, let us know when traps need to be changed and sign up for monthly service. Is this how pest control is now? More salesman than fix the problem. Husband was not impressed. We still have them and are trying to see if it will get better? Any recommendations would be great! This company definitely handled me with care, answered all my questions and provided excellent service on my crawl space repair, drainage and subpumps!! 5 star plus 5 more. My subfloor was damage due to age of my home, rotten and moisture damaged wood. Their team worked hard to find me an affordable solution and we're very patient with spelling what I didn't understand. The staff are so down to earth, knowledgeable and appreciative. This is the kind of company that treats the staff and customers with humility, respect and understanding. On the day of the inspection they sent out Matt Hobbs and he discovered excessive moisture in my crawl space, wrote an estimate immediately fo drainage, tile and sump pump. They’re nice. They have clean vehicles and uniforms. The same guy came out twice so far. He’s good at answering my questions as I follow him around. Accel also took care of a (don’t judge me) rat problem that pretty much decimated my air conditioning ducts. I learned a lot about rat behavior, and they had an Accel guy come out to plug up the space under my air conditioning where the rats were entering/exiting. Fun fact: they set out bait for the rats, but had to wait ten days to plug up the air conditioning so the rats could escape. I’ve tried three services in three years, but Accel is the best for the money.

Even when my husband is gone, I always feel comfortable with him being here. Extremely polite and is very professional and polite. We called Accel Pest after we realized we had a rodent issue misdiagnosed with another company. I called the office on a Saturday when most companies were closed and with their answering service I was able to get entered in the system to get a call back ASAP . A technician called us back in less than an hour and scheduled a free inspection. Matt walked us through the process and was able to explain how they would combat this issue and rid the attic of rodents. He climbed in the attic and inspected every other inch to find entry points and came up treatment plan. We are very pleased! They were able to schedule us in a week to seal up entry points and will continue to monitor on a weekly basis.
