When we called less than 1 month later (more yellow jackets) I was told it was in fact not guaranteed. When we thought about signing up for quarterly service we decided to go with a company who would guarantee their work. High hopes for a highly rated company but was disappointed at quality control.

We are so excited to be able to go outside on Summer nights and not get bitten by mosquitoes! We've had several services, used foggers, etc but have never had a result good enough to stop applying bug spray (and then taking showers before bed - yuck!). With 901 Pest Control, I only had two mosquito bites in my backyard all Summer long!!! AND they got rid of the wasps that our son was terrified of ... something other services told me was impossible. I am not satisfied with the service that I have received from 901 Pest Control. Therefore I cannot provide a favorable review in order to get a $10 reduction in my service before the first quarter service is applied. My first email to 901 Pest Control after the initial service had the following statement: This is the start of the third week since the beginning of my service contract to get rid of rodents in my attic. I'm still having a very active squirrel in my attic. The same one that was in the attic when the technician was here. As a matter-of-fact, it is more active. Not seeing any evidence of it eating the bait. Scratching and running around in one part of the attic. 901 Pest Control response to the above email: “I’m so sorry you are having issues. We will have our service manager, Lee, reach out to you and discuss your service and see what can be done. Your service is for rodents (roof rats, Norway rats and mice). Squirrels and raccoons will require a wildlife specialist – but we will certainly come out and reassess to see if you have squirrels in attic.” I clearly stated in my initial contact through the online application that I was having issues with rats and squirrels in my attic. It was the subject with the initial visit with the technician that there was a squirrel in a certain part of my attic. At no time did anyone mention that a squirrel was not considered a rodent by their service. Nor is it mentioned in the service agreement that squirrels are not considered a rodent. I am now entering the fourth week of my service agreement with 901 Pest Control, and the squirrel in my attic is more active than ever. It does not touch the rat bait that was left by the 901 Pest Control technician initially or at the beginning of week three of the agreement. I will advise the reader that if you do not wish to enter into an annual contract with 901 Pest Control, DO NOT SIGN any agreement with them to provide service. Be sure to get “in writing” the exact services they are providing. Does their service provide the removal of rodents that are considered to be a squirrel. I’ve learned that their business strategy is the same as the major pest control companies – that is to get an annual contract, at a minimum. That’s the way they make revenue.

We have had Murphy from 901Pest come out to help us twice— once to rid our house of the fleas our dogs contracted when we bought our house and a second time today to evict the roof rats that have taken up residence in our attics. Both processes have been so easy. There’s not many good pest controls around the area, then one day I walked in a gas station and seen a card that said 901 pest control. Seen it was from out of Collierville, and I read the reviews and decided to go with it! McKenzie Duke is very professional and I’m satisfied with their services. When we moved to Mississippi I knew we'd have humidity and bugs. Can't do anything about the humidity but I thought I could take care of the bugs-especially the spiders. I used spray and traps and the traps only showed me that the spray was useless. I picked 901 because of the reviews I read about them and they are professional and punctual and must know what they are doing because I haven't seen a spider in six months, and with quarterly applications, hopefully never again.

They immediately responded to my quote request and even offered same day service. Their reps are very knowledgeable about the products they use and were able to answer my questions and ease my concerns about exposure to pets and young kids (their products are safe!). They offered to remove spider webs and wasp nests in hard to reach areas! We signed a year long contract with them that day. They even came back to do a “touch up” spray in late June per our request. Mr. Grey came out inspected out rodent issue, was very informative. Told of things we didn’t even know. Was honest and told us what our old pest company was doing wasn’t going to help our issue, which we knew it. He even told us it wasn’t something we brought to our house, to just took at it as bad luck but it’s fixable.He told us what they had to offer and how they could help and we were sold. Called him back the next day signed the contract and got a call within and hour to schedule our appointment. I couldn’t make my appointment time so my dad was there Brandon was very professional, and knowledgeable as well. Great work and friendly. Showed up at scheduled time. We will apologize for the Baby Shark song stuck in his head from my dads ring tone. We look forward to continuing to work with this company and getting our issues under control.
