Really good location! I always know I can't ask for help and when I do they always know where stuff is. Although the last time I was there I did find the employee to be a bit rude but most of the time they are great and everyone has a bad day.

As usual, I only leave reviews for the stores that stand out to me. Westlock Home Hardware is one place - As soon as I walk into this store, the atmosphere is lively and homely. The staff and management are always willing to help and I have never had an unpleasant experience here. Beyond that, I've discovered that the people here are exceptional at discovering what my needs are, and have pointed me towards products and advice that are more suitable and less expensive. Good job Westlock Home Hardware - Staff that reflects how a business should treat their customers.

If you need to get a copy for a key, this is the place to go! They have many different blank keys in stock and for about anything you need! I definitely recommend this place, the staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. They went above my expectations and made a very happy and satisfied customer! I really appreciated the service I got there today, you guys rock!

Fantastic service! I came in hoping to find a tool to fix my bike's brakes myself, and just before closing no less, but their hardware guy took my bike downstairs and fixed it himself in less than 10 minutes! He clearly enjoyed it too, wasn't just another job to him. I can't remember his name fully (started with a B), but I will definitely go back if I ever need help again.

I seriously enjoy browsing the shelves at Westlock Home Hardware. Its one of the few stores I enjoy going to without intention of buying a specific item. The basement is a real treat to spend time looking around and they stock a lot of nostalgic items, toys, etc. that you weren't necessarily looking for, but end up glad you found. Up top they have just about anything you need for small fixes around the house. My only complaint is that they aren't open on Sundays.

Very pleased with this location, the service was excellent and everyone was very friendly. What really made an impression was that when they forgot to pack the tree stand in the box with the tree I had just bought, as soon as I called them, they were quick to apologize and ship it to my house without question. It made my day when I opened the parcel and they even put a box of chocolates inside, that is a special touch and shows some stellar customer service.
