I paid them to do the job. He thought I left the neighborhood, he moved things around in the house. And left in 15 mins. He was shock when pulled up next to him on the road. I had to threaten to take them to court, so they refund my money. Scammers.

Worse experience. Broke two closets , a bed, throw all my clean clothes on the floor and walked all over them, very racist, questioned whether I could read and write English. When I called and let him know about the aforementioned issues, he threatened me with $300 extra bill for removing my clothes, closets and the bed. Very unprofessional, racist and a bully, plz be cautious when dealing with this guy..

Thank you We Clean Bed Bugs Ltd. Specifically Colin, for your expertise, kindness and compassion. When you arrived at our place, you brought with you peace. We were so overwhelmed with our situation. My husband was left to the task of preparing as I am very ill. We had just gone through a very bad invasive treatment for bed bugs with a different company that left us worse off. Thank you for being patient, and encouraging us along the way. When we came home our place was basically as we left it, there were pieces of furniture moved of course and turned over which was a welcomed sight. You did a very thorough job. The next day I talked to the office to ask a few questions, I am so glad I did. I previously was given bad advice and this call to your office cleared alot up for me. I will most definitely refer you to others, infact just today I was asked the name of your company because they were so impressed with my experience. A large wasp nest was in the ground on the Southside of the house. My husband tried to remove the wasp nest with the spray foam insecticide. He was stung 7 times and we ended up in Emergency. We decided to call a professional and we are very glad we called we clean pest control Edmonton. They removed the very large underground wasp nest. We are thankful they were able to provide a service call to our acreage in Strathcona County.

This company goes above and beyond they were so kind and caring answered any questions I had my family was under so much stress as the apartments we are in had multiple units affected and over 4 months of treatments with 3 other companies finally these guys did it. My experience was fine until I got bed bugs again several months after a heat treatment. I called within the guaranteed time frame and provided them with pictures. I talked to them a couple times, asking them to uphold the agreement when I called back they did not return my call. Pretty cowardly and obviously not much of a guarantee.

Brian came out to do an assessment as we were not sure if we had bed bugs in the house. He was very knowledgeable and explained to us what to look for, what he found, and checked everything thoroughly for us that we asked. Ultimately, it wasn’t conclusive that we had bed bugs but he left sticky traps for us so hopefully it’s actually nothing. He answered all of our questions and concerns and did not recommend treatment that wasn’t required. Overall the assessment didn’t cost us anything but the quality of service was superb.

We had Chris and his crew come out to our cabin and do his magic. We didn't even kow we had a problem with bedbugs until we found one in our home. This freaked me out, so we tore our whole house apart looking for the source and determined they must have been brought into our house some other way. Chris asked if we had done any travelling or had any one staying over lately and we just mentioned we go to the lake every weekend. We didn't even think about that scenario and asked if he could check out the cabin for us. Sure enough, he spotted the bedbugs right away in one of our guest rooms. Chris set up his equiptment and with only one treatment, in one day and all the bedbugs are now gone. No complaints, job was done professionally and we are really happy campers now! In the end, we luckily did not need to have a remediation done. I want to let you know about how they helped our family with a free inspection and two very reassuring phone calls. Brian was wonderful when I called him with a bit of a complex situation. There was a concern that my mother-in-law’s house may have had bed bugs. Unfortunately, as a new mom, I wasn’t able to be of much help and my mother-in-law is in early stages of memory loss. I was very concerned about whether she would be able to relay the messages to us about what had been found and whether she would be able to decide on the best option for remediation should there be bed bugs. Usually myself or her son would be on hand but this situation required immediate attention. I called Brian and explained my concerns. I was also very worried about what might need to be done should there actually be a case as my mother-in-law’s home would be challenging to navigate around to say the least. Brian reassured me, talked with me about what he’d be looking for and how he’d be able to a help a senior in the process. I asked him to chat with her about what he’d found but then asked him to take the extra step of calling me just to make sure that we had all the info. Brian was more than happy to do so. His free inspection was timely, thorough where it needed to be, and painless according to my very relieved mother-in-law. Thankfully there were no bugs, but it was important to me to highlight the wonderful customer service of this company. In particular, Brian was informative, friendly and compassionate. This is not the kind of service you ever want to need, but I’m so glad to know that if the worst were to happen, there are companies like this that can help.

They offered A 90 days warranty after a chemical & steam treatment, however when asked them to go back as the bedbugs showed up again they are not honoring their warranty.

5 STARS: Brian, from the Edmonton, Alberta office was very responsive by telephone and email to my many questions. I called on a Friday about a ground wasp nest and another possible nest underneath our deck, the underside of which is inaccessible. Jesse, a very thorough technician, was here on Monday morning. He spent considerable time here locating the wasp ground nest and sprayed it. He also carefully and thoroughly checked through the cracks between deck boards where we had occasionally seen a bee or wasp fly through and we suspected there might be a nest there, but nothing was seen. I am very impressed with their services and what I thought was a fair cost considering how much time they spent here.

They were patient with multiple questions and I never felt pressured to purchase anything, there is no sales gimmick here. We had many company over last 2 years doing treatments in our 6 units building and problems were never solved. We Clean is the first company that solved it all after one heat treatment that tooks one day. We had a second treatment for 2 units but nothing since the last 3 months. I recommend this company to any manager tired to deals with angry tenants complaining of bed bug.

This awful company did not help one bit. Took 1200.00 to damage my home include the damage on top of that its over 3000.00 lost for me and I still have bed bugs. They say its safe and effective with a great warranty but there is shady writing in the contracts that they void when you want a second treatment as the bed bugs are still there. Also contracts says they are allow to damage my place. Wish I didnt trust them so easily. Chris said a lot of great things but this was just a pain and in 2017 businesses like this should not exist.

Do not book this company. Christian is rude, & unprofessional. He is not sympathetic about what you are going through. When you are working with seniors you need to understand that it takes time to declutter. I found my experience with him traumatizing. He came in, said oh you didn't go through the entire list. We did the best we could, and then I said well I can try to declutter more, and he threatened to charge me $300 because he was at the house. The total cost was $2000 and I have now found bed bugs again. I want NOTHING to do with this company. PLEASE do yourself a favour and find a different company, once I find another one I will post it on here so you can find it.

Wow! What a great company. We had a serious bed bug problem in our rental house. It was a nasty scene and we were worried we would have to gut the place and do a reno job. Chris came in and had a good look around, said "no problem" and came the next day with his equipment. We heard about heat treatments being better than pesticides, and called a few companies to find out more. Responders pest control never called us back after leaving several messages, Golden Arrow pest control was cheaper but they wanted to use a bunch of chemicals and said they'd need at least 3 visits. We clean pest control came right away, Chris (Christian?), the owner, was really friendly and professional, told us he could have it done right away and all in one day, without needing to come back. Saved a ton of money not doing a reno. This bed bug heat treatments really work! No bugs for over a month now, Chris kept in contact with us for a few weeks after to make sure there weren't any stragglers. Very pleased with the service and highly recommended. I hired this company at the request of my tenants. I have never had such a pushy salesman as Christian. Because I did not go along with all of his pitch, he basically said he could not guarantee anything. I knew I was just throwing 800 dollars out the window at that point. They came one day and spread some chemical around the baseboard which looked like talcum powder and the next day did the heat treatment in the basement. It was quite cold here in February, and with the furnace not coming on to help heat the walls, I don't believe any bugs were killed. Last week, my tenant saw another bug and contacted them as they had told them they guaranteed their work, with a 195 dollar callback fee. I knew their guarantee was not worth the paper it was written on and of course they refused to do anything without charging another 800 dollars. I do realize bedbugs are a serious problem, but this company is not reputable in my books and I will not be hiring them in the future, for sure. Barry F. Edmonton

I called a few companies when I suspected that we had bed bugs in our house but not sure. Manny who answered the phone was very patient and helpful. Brain was sent to our house for a FREE inspection. He did a thorough check up but didn't find any trace of bugs. (Thank god! At least I can sleep at night now) He taught me ways to monitor and prevent the bugs. they are very professional and know what they are doing. If we turn out having bugs in the house, this would be the company to go with.

I cannot say enough positive things about this company. From the first call and quite a few after they were so kind, compassionate, empathetic and helpful. Their service is second to none and they care about you the person/people in your frustration. Randall was the one who did our inspection, made a recommendation to spray, and followed up with us. I am sorry I do not know who was in the office but he was great as well. We discovered our bed bugs in July and I am only writing this now as we were terrified to return items to our bedroom and throughout the house but the one treatment from Randall was all it took!

Excellent service from this company. Charles answered all of our questions, and there were a lot, in a very timely fashion and I appreciate the honest answers. The approach We Clean Bed Bugs use for getting rid of bed bugs makes the most sense to us as it was a combination of both heat treatment and residual insecticide spray on baseboards. They were also very explicit as to what had to be removed from the house to prevent damage - unlike several other companies we contacted. James the technician that did the work was just excellent. He was extremely thorough and the communication throughout the process was fantastic. We're in the 14 day post-treatment monitoring period now but there's been no signs of any renewed activity. Highly recommended.
