Tru Tech Pest Control is incredibly professional, respectful, kind, helpful and good at their job. Christian had so much knowledge to share and will inform you on every detail so you are fully aware of the service you are being provided and the solution. He went above and beyond to ensure we were getting the best service possible, which I was very impressed by and grateful for. I am so pleased with Tru Tech and I would suggest them to anyone looking for help to remove pests from their home with amazing service and affordable prices. I will be glad to contact Tru Tech again if we encounter this issue again. Thank you again!

I had an issue with several Pigeons making a home on my roof and under my Solar Panels. I honestly did not know what to do. I entered my information and situation on the TruTech website and a technician gave me a call shortly after that and was able to come out for a free estimate the very next day! Reagan was very friendly and professional. I then also also received a call from Christian and he gave me even more information on what would be done and how the work was going to be completed! At that point my nerves were starting to stabilize as I knew I was in the hands of professionals and the work would be a walk in the park for TruTech. On the day of the work, everything went great, Christian and Reagan were a delight to have onsite, and they worked very quickly and answered all my questions along the way. I’m super happy to say that the Bylaw officer has since inspected everything and closed the case! Yahoo! In closing I would highly recommend TruTech for for their professionalism, friendliness, attention to detail and response time in dealing with my past pigeon problem!! Thank you, Blaine

Had these guys come into my house to deal with a wasp problem, the tech came by and clogged the wasp nest after being told not too. Managed to make our wasp problem a lot worst causing more troubles that it’s worth. Best part was when he stopped answering our phone calls and hasn’t bothered to return our voice messages or service calls. Left us with a worst wasp problem knowing we have 2 animals in the house. Now I have to kill 30-40 wasps every morning since he left. Thanks for nothing Christian

Had a squirrel problem in house attic, so went to search pest control companies. Came across Trutech and gave them a call. Christian came out , checked out situation and discussed estimate which was very reasonable. He set appropriate traps and monitored and we got our culprits in a couple of weeks. Very satisfied with his service, knowledge and follow-up. Would highly recommend.

Squirrels were making a nest in the roof under the overhang. Came promptly and checked everyday until the squirrels were caught and relocated. They them removed the nest. They communicated several times a day to make sure the squirrels did not stay in the trap too long.

Highly recommend!! Recently contacted TruTech Pest Control to help with a major ant problem I had in my back yard that began to make its way indoors. Christian was incredibly helpful and highly knowledgeable about the methods used to control the ants. I have a large German Shepherd and Christian made sure to treat the problem in a way that was safe for my dog (despite his tendency to chew open the ant traps). He was also very responsive when the ants reemerged and came to my home the same day I called. He's always happy to answer my many questions and cares about his customers!

I contacted Christian about a growing pigeon problem and he connected very quickly. He talked through several options and solutions and came out quickly to complete the job. We had some pigeons nesting in our soffit and were really happy with the service. There were actually babies in the nest, so Christian cleaned it up and allowed the mom a few days to relocate the baby pigeons. We are pleased they are gone but also that they are unharmed. Very professional and courteous service and would highly recommend.

Extremely pleased with the services.They came like promised and put out the poison pucks and added some more poison where missed 1st visit. I phoned and got an opening same day. Did a fantastic job on the ant problem. Phase 1 worked great now waiting for phase 2 put out puck poison.

Trutech has done voles for outside and mice for inside and closed off all the entry points to prevent the mice getting in. They also did some minor roof repairs and prevention for birds that were getting in the attic. The have done a great job!

Awesome folks. Awesome Service! Firstly, Christian at Trutech took the time when I intiialy called, to clearly explain every detail regarding squirrel infestation in Calgary. From the history, to the details of what my home needed, and to the point of explaining larger issues. Christian came in worked efficiently, left me to my work (as I work from home) and when he left, I actually stopped him for banter and he was a wealth of information and just a nice person to speak to. Christian is also very equipped. On the initial visit, he came free of charge to give a quote and he actually showed me the tools that would be used for the job. There are great companies out there but I'm really glad I went with Trutech Pest Control. Thanks again Christian.

We had squirrels getting into our attic through openings between our soffit and roof. Trutech coiled the openings placing a one way door over one. After a few days of no squirrel noise they sealed the last opening. We are squirrel free and no squirrels were harmed. Win all the way around!

Dealing with mice could had been a stressful process - given that I had no idea what I was getting into.
