I didn’t end up using them but the customer service was first class. (My husband wanted to take care of it himself). A quick response and and he was willing to come within a few hours on the very day I called. I really appreciated the support regarding rodent control. I only gave the service 3 stars because I didn’t use them but I have no doubt I would be leaving 5 if I had gone ahead with them.
