I am the Manager of an animal feed warehouse in the country. As most know, mice love animal feed. Our bags were getting chewed, loosing a lot of our inventory due to these pesky rodents and the smell was unbearable.. We had tried traps and poison but this was not working and they were multiplying more than we could imagine. We called Pro Tec. There was an amazing transformation in our warehouse. We could physically see the decline in mouse population and damage to product. Our exterminator did a fantastic job. Friendly service, knew what he was doing, adjusted as needed, took care of the biggest problem areas. Now We are at the point where it is controlled and just keeping an eye on things. For the problems that we had, it didn't take long to take control. THANK YOU PRO TEC FOR TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Kent came out to the house and worked his magic on the numerous fly nests we had living in our roof. After 24 hours I came back to the house to only have to vacuum up the flies that had all been killed. Not a single fly was outside. After years of not knowing what would solve the problem I’m glad we called ProTec to come out and spray. It 100% works. Recommended.

We just had someone out to help with mice issues on our old farm house. He spotted many areas we would not have noticed and helped us figure out what areas to focus on repairing or sealing up. Both him and the owner were very pleasant and helpful to speak with. I feel like this was a good investment and I wish I hadn't waited so long to get help from a pro. They also helped with some suggestions on keeping our costs down as we live over 2 hours away, which was very appreciated. Our back yard was over run with ants. They were ruining our patio with tunneling under the patio stones, creeped me out in my garden boxes, and generally made being in the yard disheartening. we tried every kind of ant trap and ant potion on the market and nothing worked. Kent from Protec explained the process and the safety of the chemical and treated our front and back yards and around the sides of the house. Next day - No Ants! What a relief. Excellent service. I have used them for a few years now for wasp nests that like to set up in my retaining walls. They've always provided great service. This year when I called, I was in a jam time wise and even though they were super busy, they made it work help me out. I know the wasps will be back next year, and they're the only ones I will call. After leaving him a voice mail. Talk with the guy for the first time with concerns to bugs affecting my family in our daughter bed room and send him a picture and no reply and no call back. Maybe he don’t know about insects but he should let me know or answer to text with a picture I send him. I did not find him friendly over the phone ?Maybe It was a bad morning for him? His loss! If anyone need to open a business like this. I see good opportunities in this city since only 3 in RedDeer .

We had begun to experience a mice problem in our Commercial Property. We googled it and Protec came up as the #1 choice in Red Deer. A phone call later, and even though they were booked, they were able to prioritize us and attended later in the day. Technician 'Michael' proved to be a competent, well versed, individual with an actual like for his job. He explained the process, executed the process and was able to Invoice immediately upon completion. Yesterday, he finished with a follow up visit. Protec charged a fair rate for a fair service. Most important question - would I call them again? Absolutely, without question!
