I cannot express just how amazing this company truly is. Such vast amounts of wisdom and insight in dealing with bed bugs to the impressive ways in their effective treatments, which I might add, is harmless to animals. There is no having to remove animals for long periods of time or harm to them in any way. Just place animals in bathroom and your good to go. The overall process from start to finish was painless. The technician was so understanding and friendly, punctual and very efficient. The entire company is both friendly as they are professional. You can tell they care about their customer service and helping people. Best part is they not only know what they are doing with very effective treatment, but they also are reasonably priced and offer financing. To add to that, they also offer a full year warranty. If anyone is looking to resolve a bedbug issue quickly and effectively, as in done right the first time, without the ongoing headaches of useless and incompetent companies then call these guys asap and get it done right. Best of the best these guys are and I would highly recommend these guys.

Terrible customer service. Never showed up. Never called. When I called to inquire as to what happened I was told someone would call me back (but of course never did). This happened every day for 5 days before I gave up. Would rate zero if I could.

Not only are the process' and tools they use incredibly effective and efficient, they have a client focused approach to the work they do which makes the results-driven experience as pleasant as it could possibly be. All you need to know if you have bedbugs: HIRE THEM! They will solve this for you. To expound: I am so sorry you have bedbugs too - not your fault, but an isolating & traumatic creepshow, regardless. Ouch. Call them or email them, like, right now! PPM will be responsive and discreet, setting up assessment and treatment ASAP/flexible schedule too. The cost may spook you at first, but it is competitive AND they guarantee their work. Also, have financing. They are accountable until solved, providing inspections, follow-up. They will explain all processes (and will omit details if it horrifies you). It is useful to note that sometimes it requires more than one process to conquer this which will make you bonkers for a while (i.e. insomnia, anxiety, wanting to burn all possessions and to go live in a yurt), but they will be patient and reassuring, sincerely so. FYI: they are trustworthy. I am a female living solo in an apartment, so never my favourite thing to have strange fellows tromping through my home & privacy (bedroom!) however, they are amazingly respectful and empathetic - it felt odd, of course, but not uncomfortable. They have Superpowers and will make you forget your safe place/home is full of enemies. They will even be non-judgmental if you become phobic of your furniture and bed (it passes!) and find yourself living on your balcony, garage, etc. ... Kind, honest and totally professional, they will take care of your situation during this unfortunate voyage into hell and back. When it is finally over - they are effective! - you will wish you had tipped them, and will find yourself professing eternal friendship, offering to donate an organ, and adding their names to your Will and Testament. You will not believe how wonderful they are, and in such a horrid and vulnerable moment. In retrospect, I remain astonished - Imagine: their work is hard! (and creepy!!! - and everyone they talk to is freaking out as much as you are/I did) .They really want to help people and are never jaded or impatient. Uniquely lovely people. 10-4.

The employees at Professional Pest Management were professional and kind. They helped me deal with my infestation in a timely manner and had a lot of helpful information on the matter. I was able to pay a deposit at the time of extermination and then I had plenty of time to pay the rest. They also have a 1 year guarantee on their exterminations, so when I still had live activity they came and did a second extermination free of charge. I would highly recommend going with this company!
