I called them to come out for a mouse issue. I saw one and caught it in my home. However, as they say where there is one there is more, so i felt it was needed to get a professional to take care of the issue. After calling and speaking to 5-6 companies, i felt that pestlink was best priced and most importantly super responsive. When it was time to do the job, the inspector was great, on time and professional. The technician came to treat my house within hours. I called Pestlink today, was getting quotes for roache treatment in my rental unit, the guy answer my all questions and concerns. My rental unit is in old condo, he told me , until your surrounding units won't treated or inspected, Roaches problem will always there, it is better to treat units together also gave me reasonable price. I will discuss other owners about the issue. I am not sure we will go with Pestlink or not but I will for sure , really appreciate honest answers. Highly recommended

I was most impressed that PestLink came back to check on their work; they ensured the mouse poison they chose was being eaten. The mice in my house had gotten out of control due to past failed attempts. A service plan was created that catered specifically to the type of rodent and my house. AD, the technician is very friendly and takes the time you educate you about what he is doing. The company answers your calls right away and are often out to your place in 1-3 days. Great job. The efficiency from the office to the staff that come to do the work is great. When you call, they explain the procedure, the cost and the time frame. Some pest control companies claims they are best and professional but I found most of the companies are making money . I tried around 4 high rated companies for Mice job at my home but was just waste of money . Seriously I was tired and frustrate , finally I called pestlink , James showed up and he took almost half hour just for inspection, he was not in rush for treatment , he found two mice entry points . Explained everything to me , assure me if mice will not gone in 3 weeks. Pestlink will return money . Luckily it’s 2 months now after treatment I didn’t found any mice activity in my house . I learnt that my rental property got infested and my rental agent used his contracted pest control company for pest control. Later, I came to know that Pest Control Company hired by rental agent, was not addressing the root cause of infestation, instead treating the symptoms by using only pest spray rather than applying additional measures such as insect poison, hormone growth inhibitor. After a whole month passed, the infestation was not even near under control. Then, I searched for good pest control company and found Pestlink. The company manager, Mr. Kan, responded very professionally, and explained to me in detail the treatment procedure. Within two to three weeks, my property got rid of all infestation. During all this time, the company manager kept me updated with the progress. If I knew before, I wouldn't have relied on my rental agent and would have saved a lot of time and money by using Pestlink.

I rented an apartment which was infested with bed bugs. My landlord asked me to use some sprays and pesticides just to avoid the cost of pest control. Things were out of control so finally the landlord had to contact the property management company. I got a check list to prepare the condo for pest control treatment. Pest control guy came and did not instruct do's and don'ts. It was a sheer waste of time and energy. When we came back into the unit and it was a total mess. Since the matter looked scary so I contacted Pestlink directly. They explained the treatment and what, how it's going to be done. Aman was very transparent and honest in his advise. We followed all the instructions given by him. After 24 hours, we were asked to get back into the condo without any fear. We didn't experience any bedbugs issue after that. I don’t like to write reviews for anyone, but today I’m writing for Pestlink cause they deserve 5 stars ✨ With respect . I was suffering from bedbugs issues from past few months , as far as I know I brought it from a Motel in Ontario where I stayed for two nights. I tried 3 different companies before i called pestlink . People tried their treatment with heating equipments , pesticides etc etc . But problem remained unsolved. I had to throw away allmy furniture and vacuumed every second day , bought covers for mattresses but no results . Bedbugs infestation reached everywhere in my 4 bedrooms house . I was tired and disappointed. It was hard for me to believe that any other pest control company could solve my problem afer first three were failed. Well , someone recommended me PESTLINK from work. I called them to enquire and this time Ruby's idea of treatment was completely different than other pest control companies. I was very hopelessbut still gave pestlink a chance to prove themselves. I got positive results within 2 treatments only. On third visit AD and his team mates inspected again and assured tgat my house is bedbugs free now . It’s now 4 months , I didn’t see any single bedbugs activity. This company called after 3 months to make sure that I am a satisfied customer. SometimesI still get goosebumps to think about bedbugs in my house . I went through financial loss and stress . But due to Pestlink my house is bedbugs free now . I was suffering from a bedbugs problem in my house. Got a few quotes, but I was disappointed with the high prices. I called Major pest control told and them over the phone that I was having an issue with bedbugs at my house. They said they will come and take look. Guy showed up, and walked 5 min in my house and said, yes it’s bedbugs and now you have to go for treatment . Which is very expensive. Also he charged me 95$ plus GST just to confirm it’s bedbugs, ripped me off . Called Pestlink they charged a much lower price than some other Pest Control Companies also free inspection with details. Within two effective treatments by AD, Manny and Billy, there are no bugs in my house any more . Very professional and knowledgeable technicians. Highly recommended.

Really great service in resolving my squirrel infestation in our attic. Appointment was made promptly after I requested a quote. Aman was extremely professional and identified an entry point and severity of a squirrel infestation immediately. Multiple traps were set over several days to get rid of the family of squirrels in our attic. Paid over $400. Mice were gone for almost 3 months. I called to have them back as per their "satisfaction guarantee". We were originally told that was valid for 3 months. When I called back to have them back as the mice were back, they said it was only for 1.5 months. They argued with me and accused me of lying, said "do u have that 3 month guarantee in writing?" ... I have text msgs from the employee that are extremely unprofessional. Do not use this company, spend your money elsewhere. If you do, ensure you have your "satisfaction guarantee" in writing. **Almost 3 months, not fully 3 months as stated in "satisfaction guarantee". Please post your "satisfaction guarantee" so people know what they are getting into.

I owned a rental property in the south-side Edmonton. My tenants reported bedbugs issue so I contacted the property management company. The pest control company did a heat treatment which was totally useless. And later sent out another pest control company but the job was not done. My tenant terminated the agreement and vacated the condo. I almost gave up my hopes to eradicate the bed bugs issue till I got in touch with Amandeep - Pestlink. We were paranoid after seeing a patch had come loose under our lake house and contacted Pestlink. They responded within an hour even though I reached out at 5am! Totally awesome. And within a day AD came out and inspected every corner, closet, cupboard inside and out, leaving no stone unturned. Highly recommend this company! We woke up a couple weeks ago to find THREE fresh hills of dirt in our backyard. Needless to say we knew we had a mole problem. It's exactly as you hear about moles. Fast digging, making a mess of our yard. We called Pestlink, and got the process started. Within 2 hours, we noticed a 4th pile in our yard! (I was able to capture on video the mole digging and tossing dirt into the air). I called Pestlink back, explained this as going on, and they were in my backyard within an hour! Our mole problem turned out to be very temporary, thanks to James and Munir. Happy customer. I booked an appointment with the company to remove a tiny wasp nest. The person came quite promptly early in the morning at the scheduled time. It was a very small job . It was a very tiny wasp nest. He sprayed it and then bagged it away and took a quick look at surrounding area to make sure there aren’t any unnoticed nest (as it was just lying on the ground like it was dropped there). I highly recommend Pestlink! About three weeks ago I started hearing noises while working from home in my bedroom. I wan't sure if the noise was coming from the roof or the walls. More recently, the noises started getting louder and sounded like it was coming from one of my walls. After some quick google searching I thought it would have been a squirrel as it was active during the day. It was extremely distracting so I called Pestlink to come take a look. The team came during the day to inspect the side of the house where I was hearing the noises. They came wearing masks and were very professional. It turns out a bird had entered and created a nest in one of the vents on the side of our house. I was very worried but Pestlink removed the nest and secured the vent to prevent any further issues. It's been about three days since the nest removal and I no longer hear any noises. The team assured me that there was nothing to worry about and handled the nest removal process very quickly.
