Pestforce recently sprayed my apartment, when we got home from work we discovered pools of liquid on the floor of the bathroom and in the kitchen cupboards, we left them thinking that It may need longer to dry than we were told, we woke up the next day to find the pools still there leaving us no choice but to clean up so our pets don’t get sick. Also found blue residue throughout the apartment that was not there prior to the treatment. Extremely dissatisfied.

Sunny was so helpful from the get go. He explained the whole process and provided a full price breakdown over the phone. When these guys came over, they took due care to put all our furniture back in place and not leave a mess for us to deal with. Much appreciated.

I called Pest Force roughly a month ago. The receptionist was very nice and personable. She immediately had Sunny come in a few days ago. He explained what I needed to do to prevent these little critters from coming in and he placed traps inside and outside. Sunny, thank you very much. I haven't had any sightings in weeks. What was nice was that Sunny came back the following week for no charge to check up on how things were going. He informed to contact the office again in the spring. Thank you Pest Force and Sunny. Job well done!!!! It is now April 2018. Sunny came over to check on the traps for me. I called him during the Easter weekend and he said he will be here on Monday at 3. Guess what? He was here today right at three!!! Sunny was very helpful and awesome once again. He is even helping me deal with the domestic feral rabbit issue. To Sunny and Pest Force. Excellent work. A job well done. Cheers!!! Today, September 2018, thanks to Sunny, he allowed me to use his traps. Caught nearly all the feral rabbits in my neighborhood. Sunny is very patient and understanding for your pest control needs. Once again, thanks so much, Sunny!!! Hi Sunny, the pandemic has hit us hard in 2020 and 2021 but it has hit the mice even harder!!! Thanks again. The traps worked wonders for the whole fall and winter session. Very professional service Sunny and the rest of the staff from Pest Force!!!!

Had an appointment set for 16th October between 3-5pm. I call into the centre at 4:00pm worried about a no show, I tell the receptionist that I took time off work to be able to make the appointment. She tells me not to worry, call back at 5pm if nobody shows up. I call back at 4:58pm, and it goes to voicemail. in the voicemail message is says "office hours end at 5pm". Not cool.

We have a mice infestation in our office due to a neighboring building having rotten wood in their basement. We were referred to Pest Force by our secretary. Sunny came out the same day, did a thorough assessment of the problem and gave us a very reasonable price quote. Two weeks later, we were mice free and its been a year now and still no mice to be seen around.

I'm on the 4th floor of an apartment. My experience started with flies (not fruit flies) but I got rid of those with a sweet soup of Apple cider vineagar and a bit of dishsoap. Next incident I had a mouse!!! My first experience with pestforce. I had some mouse traps put in, another visit was sealing up the water heating pipes with some kind of caulking as I had already stuffed the holes with steel wool. The technician who came to see me a few times was a nice Asain man and I'm sorry I don't remember his name. He was always friendly, informative and would engage in a friendly conversation. He would ask if he could step on certain furniture if required. I really enjoyed his visits. So no mice except that one mouse BUT my next incident was ack! COCKROACHES!! I've lived here for almost 5 years and never had a problem in the apartment I lived in on the floor below me. So, again, this wonderful technician returns and provides traps all over the place. Again, enjoyed his visit and provided me with his next return date. Just a week ago, I had a notice that my apt was getting a chemical treatment as I would call in to the mngt office stating I've caught another bug. (Mainly in my cutlery drawer). A technician by the name of Sunny arrived at 11am. I had called their office to see if the technician would come early as I had to be out for at least 6 hours plus I had a cat. The lady who answered the phone, ( pleasant and polite) said he'll be there by 11 and so he was. He explained to me what he was going to do, answered all my questions/concerns and away he went to treating my place. It's a 1 bdrm apartment and only took 10 minutes! He also checked the maintenance room beside me. Overall, (so far) my experience with Pest Force has been 5 stars! Thank you!!

Terrible customer service and English not understandable

Short form: My entire food prep area was completely covered with puddle of mysterious liquid that the business claimed shouldn't have been there. It has soaked into the bottoms of the drawers where I used to keep cutlery and kitchen utensils. They couldn't tell me what it was or if it was toxic. Pest Force came and sprayed my apartment for roaches today. When I returned to the unit there were puddles of liquid in the middle of the kitchen floor, in every drawer and in the cupboards. I called the number provided and the lady I spoke to had no idea what the liquid was, if it was supposed to be there or not, and if it was dangerous. I was instructed to "wipe it up, throw away the rag and it will probably be fine". My microwave was also completely covered in a white residue. I wiped it off as best as I could.

I called the people up for an estimate and it was a bit pricey for the 2x spray just under $500 but I was happy that they were going to come out right away they even offered to come that day but I set up the appointment for tomorrow between 1-2pm. I waited outside of my apartment from 1pm until 2:20 pm no one showed up. I then called them to see what was going on. They said they had sent someone by and no one answered even though they didn't. They said they'd send someone out again. I told them I'd be waiting outside my apartment. After waiting another 1 hour and 30 minutes for someone to show up I gave up and went with another company.
