His calm, cool professionalism, paired with his sense of humour was very reassuring, and his quick responsiveness meant I didn't have to go to bed wondering if a squirrel was finding it's way into my walls! Art arrived within 2 hours of calling him. Within 1/2 hour he found two wasp nests, one in the house and one outside. Both nests were destroyed, the mess was cleaned up nicely and he plugged the holes where they were coming in. Which included digging up a bit at the front of the house. Very professional and friendly, through job done, and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Pest Control Guru to anyone looking to get rid of any unwanted pests in or around your house

My girlfriend and I had mice in the crawl space of our house. Art was able to come the next day and set us up with various traps, and poison boxes that kill the mice after just one feeding. Everything that he provided us was pet friendly, so I didn't have to worry about my dog getting into it. Art is very respectful, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough in his investigation. He was able to find the point of entry, and after a few days and 6 dead mice we were mouse free. Art was always available through text or phone to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend using his services.

Effective with our pest problem, so thank you for that. BUT clients beware, a staff member is mask-exempt and DID NOT tell us prior to coming to our house. Even though Google says 'staff wear masks'. The staff member was not wearing a face shield or any form of face barrier. One of our household members takes care of another elderly family member. So if you are high-risk (immunocompromised, elderly, etc) or take care of someone that is, I would ask ahead of your appointment whether the staff member will be following and respecting health and safety protocols of the household.

They treated the ants on my acreage and within days there was no more actions and the ant hills are now dead! Thank you very much as it makes it much easier to cut my crass.

Art was very quick to respond when I called about a continuous wasp problem under my front deck. He was prompt, explained everything so we could understand what was happening or would take place and he effectively got rid of the huge nest!
